We (2 adults, one kid and a small dog) liked it very much. Booked an early check-in via the website. Got a parking. Ordered breakfast on site as there was a holiday the next day.Breakfast was quite good. I like the idea to make your own eggs instead someone using some powdered egg to give you scrambled eggs which lay around for hours. Very nice concept. More hotels should do that.Furthermore very good location. A couple of minutes and you are in Petite France and can enjoy the area.Nice people at the front desk as well.Room was nice - good bed. The sleeping sofa for our kid very good. Air con was working. We had even a balcony :).One recommendation: add a charging port for e-cars on your parking lot.

Room was spacious but bathroom dated. Air con didn't work. Great view out of the window and excellent location near the train station and Petit France. Their hotel in Freiburg is much nicer.

The hotel was not at all as it appears in the pictures on their website. There was no soundproofing and we were put in a room next to at least 12 teenage boys. The room smelt musty and the aircon didn't work. We couldn't have the window open as it was noisy outside and not secure as on ground floor by communal area. We asked to change room but were told we couldn't despite other rooms being available so ended up paying to stay in another hotel as it was too unpleasant to stay there. When contacting customer service on returning home, my email was ignored for over 2 months and the issue still isn't fully resolved.**Updated 22/07/24 - following the hotels reply to my review I am just updating to say that I have not been refunded in full as they claim and am still owed money by the hotel who haven't responded to my most recent email of 15/07/24

We recently stayed at the Aparthotel Adagio Access Strasbourg Petite France for a week and had a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the picturesque Petite France neighborhood and a 15-minute walk to the city center. The apartment itself was spacious, with a separate living area, kitchenette, and bedroom. The decor was simple and clean, but the furniture was a bit outdated and showed some signs of wear. The kitchenette was well-equipped, but lacked some basic utensils and cookware. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to answer our questions and provide recommendations. However, we did have to ask multiple times for extra towels and toiletries, which seemed to be in short supply. The hotel's amenities were adequate, with a small fitness center and laundry facilities. Overall, we would recommend the Aparthotel Adagio Access Strasbourg Petite France for a short stay, especially for those looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. However, travelers seeking a more luxurious or exceptional experience may want to consider other options.

We arrived to find it was not at all as described. There was no soundproofing and we were put in a room next to at least 12 teenage boys and loads of other teenagers around the place so imagine it was being used for a school trip. …

We spent 3 days here in a studio apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed for easy meal preparation, only thing was only one.llug for 3 appliances.on the table and a wall with a plug but no where to put the appliance.Bathroom was good, our basin was missing a.plug which did concern us if anything was dropped on the basin it would have been gone.Bed was comforting nice linen and good.pillows best we had during our trip through Europe. We loved having a balcony with chairs and a table, great to enjoy meals outside. One issue is the metal.outdoor furniture...our neighbours kept dragging it around the balcony at all hours, very noisy and not very considerate. We did find the room quite warm despite air-conditioning and alththere is a control you cannot alter the temperature. We did figure out how to tip the door to allow fresh air in(we are not used to European doors that tip)The receptionists are super friendly and helpful.Loved the jars of sweeties and coffee machine at the entrance. They have a small selection of essentials for sale which is handy if you feel.like chocolate or cookies. There are also a few items at the reception to use eg board games,a stair stepper, kids games, nice touch.Supermarket and bakery are a short walk away .Easy to walk to Old Town just down the road and one block to the left and you are into.Old Town.Old Town and many sights just 1.2kms away so easy to get around on foot.Neighbourhood felt safe even at night, streets well-lit.Thank you for a great stay.

Checked in. Directed the wrong way to the room. Found it ourselves. Just as we went into our room there were several young children, early teens approx entering the room next door. Very loud and would not settle. The Aircon didn't work and was reliant on window being open, which allowed more noise to enter. Tried to change room but was told no others available, yet still bookable on the website. The member of staff was of no help.Due to room being too hot and neighbours being noisy. We moved to another hotel. Complaint going in to the hotel during appropriate hours.

The room was pretty good. Everything clean and nice, except for the water in bathroom, it was a bit hard to operate. There are everything for self-cooking: wine 🍷 glasses, different plates, glasses, cups, a frying pan and cutlery, as well.
