Really, really great place to stay - brand new and super clean! the room was perfect - with comfy bed/pillows - and the kitchenette had a dishwasher and all the pots/pans/dishes you need (all sparkling clean). Also included are small appliances, like a toaster, hot water pot, and coffee maker with coffee pods included. Great views - we were able to watch the sunset from our room. Easy in and out of the parking garage - and convenient location. Grocery store and restaurants walking distance nearby. This was a perfect place for us to stay during our visit to the Black Forest!

My partner and I stayed in one of the Black Base M apartments for 4 days while visiting family in Freiburg.We were pleasantly surprised as to how clean, modern and spacious everything was.The connection with the center and other neighborhoods in the city is good via the tram line 2. Walking to the center is posible but will take you around 40-60min depending on where you want to go.I saw some comments that mentioned the loud noise of the fridge at night. I have to agree and say that this is true although it stops at some point for a certain amount of time.Other than that an amazing place to stay and we will definitely return whenever we will be in Freiburg.

Very close to the S2, clean rooms with all you need, an amazing view and not too forget: the terrace with an incredible viewI loved the possibility for an early checkin via the machine (subject to availability) and lovely help we received in the afternoon from the receptionistHighly recommended place

Perfect place to stay at in Freiburg! We have been there twice and both times everything was fantastic. Super friendly staff, beautiful rooms with the most amazing view of the Black Forest and with the tram number 2 you are everywhere within a few minutes while enjoying the quietness of being a bit away from the center. We plan on coming back everytime we come to Freiburg. There's almost certainly no better place to stay <3

Very very good place. It's cheaper and way more worth it than the local hotels.The apartments are well insulated so heating is not needed at all and AC does work well when it's too warm.They have reliable Fiber Internet, reaching speeds of about 600Mbit/s.Parking is available, underground 14€/day or outside for 10€/day.Only things that I was missing are an oven, more frequent exchange of towels (only once a week) and free refilling of the Nespresso tabs (10€ for 10pack).

I honestly think the designer of these flats should get an award. Beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, most efficient use of space I’ve seen, all amenities sensibly thought out from plug sockets to mirrors… service was so easy. A lovely wall and forest views made all the difference too.

Incredible location, incredible view. The rooms are nice, cosy and beautiful. Everything was so easy there, I had a wonderful time. Will surely come back there if I’m in Fribourg

Away from the city hub, but street car stop is just 2 minutes walking from hotel. Then you can transfer to anywhere in town. The only thing we are not used to is the very limited reception desk help/service. Short hours during weekdays, and none on the the weekends. You have to plan ahead with your arrival.

I would give you a 10 out 10. The only thing I find not so great is the shower. When using the smaller shower it fills the bathroom floor with water. Otherwise I love everything about the Black F Tower and will definitely stay there again.

Pristine and modern apartments that are fully serviced down to my favourite coffee pods. this is an oasis on calm in the midst of the beauty of the Black Forest. everything is just a walk away. comfortable and terrific views.
