I really liked the hotel. From the beginning it is very practical because no matter what time you arrive you can check in because you do it yourself. In general it made me feel very safe the fact that you only enter the property if you have a key.The room itself is big enough, everything was quite comfortable to use (bathroom, kitchen, etc). As I was in a hot season, August, the air conditioning in the living room area was very useful, although it did not cool the room well, it cooled the living room area very well so it was very useful to be able to use the sofa as a bed (I have no pictures but it was a sofa bed and quite comfortable).As for the location, there are bus and train stops very close to the hotel, but also on foot you can get very quickly to a central park as well as to the very center of the city.I also forgot to take a picture but the apartment had a balcony which was very nice and comfortable to use for breakfast.A plus, is that the hotel also has in the basement area a room to wash and dry clothes, I do not remember exactly the price but I think washing and drying were a total of 4 euros.Overall I was quite happy with my stay.

This is the worst accommodation ever. The receptionists are racist and does not behave properly. They don't even have the courtesy to inform you that your courier came. They clean apartments twice weekly. If they clean more than twice they will charge you secretly without informing you. They talk rudely and does not help at all. The lights in the room are very dull, not enough storage places are there , washrooms are bigger and rooms are smaller. Also very cooking utensils for two people living. There are better places to live in Mannheim. Does not recommend at all.

Welcoming atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are furnished in a modern and stylish way; they are also very spacious... They are also centrally located and close to most of the tourist attractions and public transport. I am planning to stay for a couple of weeks but will definitely be back.
