This is a small hotel that had never had English speaking guests before. However, they were wonderful and treated us very well. The building is very old but has been renovated to include modern bathrooms.  …

Charming little hotel, great location to Wine activities, vineyard walks and near Bad Durkheim shops and more. Nice Dinning room area, authentic early German, although only set up for Breakfasts, and a Bar. The rooms are large enough for a short stay and for only 1 or 2 people, cozy and well arranged. The rooms are well heated and each has a balcony. Issues: Broken bathroom tiles in shower area, the bed had been broken before and was never properly fixed, so my wife fell through to the floor. when reported to the landlord, we got a ( sorry ) we will look into it. I will not be returning to this Hotel, Sad to say but for what you get the price is way too high.

Yeah! Happy Birthday to me, enjoying a wonderful Steak with Kroketten and a Dornfelder trocken. It was so nice and relaxing our 5 month Terrier took a nap so we ended our evening with an Espresso. Beautiful ambient and friendly service.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Palatinate, not least because of our choice of hotel. The stay was very pleasant from start to finish, we were warmly welcomed by the owner and looked after in a friendly manner every day, including insider tips about the region. The rooms are cozy and clean, the breakfast is absolutely fine. We also ate twice in the idyllic courtyard, the service was exemplary, attentive and very friendly.The owner even helped me organize a birthday present :-)We can absolutely recommend the hotel and the restaurant!Since we were traveling by bike, we were able to easily reach many great destinations nearby. Bad Dürkheim is just a stone's throw away.Thank you to the team for your hospitality!
