The owner and staff were really professional in attending to my needs, the quality-price ratio is excellent, the location is also great, I would strongly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Mannheim, whether for a business trip or a holiday. The building and the area where it is located are both very quiet and close to the city centre. Definitely a great place to stay in Mannheim.

Was originally going to stay here 6 months for work. Unfortunately, the room was nothing like the reservation photos. Room was relatively dirty, there was no sink in the kitchen, and the dishwasher was in the bathroom. I especially found the latter sanitary solution to be poorly executed and unhygienic. I made a complaint, and the owners opened up the door in my flat to another flat which was nicer and bigger. However, the new flat was full of the personal belongings of the person who lived there before and the owners did not remove these things from the apartment upon my request. Instead, hey put everything under a blanket in the corner of the room. I felt strange living among the personal belongings of another person. I stayed 5 days here, before finding a new place in Heidelberg. Personally, I would not recommend the room type I was assigned for long term stay. I am still under the impression that the owners did not take me seriously, and expected me to put up with what in my opinion was quite low living standards. The only plus was the location. I enjoyed the neighborhood and the green area along the Rhine.

We always enjoy coming here. Mr. and Mrs. Dalmann welcomed us warmly from the start. We really liked the room, we always had the same one for 4 years. The breakfast was always great. Cozy atmosphere in a newly renovated apartment! The room was also very well furnished. :)I always made it to the main station on foot with a brisk step in just under 10 minutes. You can also easily get to the university from Waldparkstrasse. Great for me! :)

I have rarely felt so welcome and comfortable in an accommodation! The facilities and service as well as the wonderful terrace exceeded my expectations!!!I can highly recommend co-lodging in Mannheim to everyone, from young to old, and will certainly come back to it again and again.For some who aren't sure about the location, this is the perfect location! Quiet but within walking distance to everything!!
