We only ate here, but it was very good.I had the dish with the beef liver - simply great - and my wife had the ox cheeks with savoy cabbage vegetables. The service was very friendly, even familiar.I would come back here straight away without being seen. I'm now longing for a cozy spot in this restaurant!!

We slept at Dalberg for 2 nights and can recommend it. If you look for points of criticism, you will find them. And if you're honest, there are no points of criticism (a nearby church is often like that in rural areas).Clean rooms, old building with charm. The owner is authentic and very friendly and accommodating, he prepares a fantastic breakfast. His two employees are still “practicing” how to deal with guests, but good staff is difficult to find in these times.

Rooms are clean and tidy. However, it is very hot in summer because there is no proper shading. And only one window could be tilted for ventilation. The bathroom only has a vent, which turns the room into a sauna. The WiFi is very weak but the 5G network is good in the room. The mattresses are very comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The breakfast is not served as a buffet, which I personally didn't like. There was too much that I didn't eat and not enough of what I personally liked. There were also eggs, lots of sausage and cheese, which I don't particularly appreciate. I think a lot of food is wasted here. What I disliked most was that breakfast was only served from 9 a.m. and dinner only until 7 p.m. So you don't have much left to do in the day.

We enjoyed relaxing days over Pentecost at the Hotel Dalberg in the wonderful old town of St. Martin. We were very impressed by clean rooms, fine food prepared by a master in the kitchen and attentive service in the restaurant. The highlight was the breakfast. Mr. Schanninger and his wife run the hotel with heart and ease. We'll be back!

This review refers only to the hotel:Per:- Family-run hotel - very friendly and courteous staff.- Located in the heart of St. Martin- Beautiful view of the town center from the room- The rooms are a bit old in style, but are nevertheless very lovingly furnished and, above all, very clean.- Breakfast was our highlight - it was served at the table and left nothing to be desired.Cons:- The automatic emails from the hotel's booking system were a bit confusing in advance. Conclusion:The price-performance ratio is great and we would come back at any time!Keep it up!

I'm not a fan of negative reviews, but maybe the owner can do something with it.We eat out a lot. We often base our selection on Google reviews. This always corresponds to the atmosphere of the restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience with this restaurant does not match the 4.4 stars on Google.Called ahead for a table. When we entered we were greeted by a somewhat grumpy lady. She hastily pointed to a table. The restaurant was almost empty, but we were put in a corner separate from the restaurant. As we took our seats, the lady came up to us and motioned for us to move to one side of the table. She needed the window and the couch on the other side to hand out takeout. The result was that we found ourselves almost in the restaurant's warehouse. In the end we did something we've never done before. We thanked the lady kindly and left the restaurant. We can't judge the food, but the extremely inhospitable way we were treated here doesn't do justice to the 4.4 stars. We then went to a second restaurant with very friendly and hospitable staff, where we had a delicious meal. One that lived up to its Google rating.
