I can't understand some of the rather poor reviews. We had room 12 for one night, it is exactly like the pictures. And yes, it is getting old, but you can see that. We paid 42 euros for one night for two. Parking spaces are available free of charge in front of the door. Everything worked out. In the room there were towels, soap, a hairdryer and a small coffee bar, which we also used. There was a small refrigerator and a kettle. The night was quiet and the lake view is there, as booked. Restaurants and cafes can be reached on foot. In my opinion, you can't expect a super modern room for so little money, so it's okay. It was clean and warm too. I would have liked a shower curtain or a shower screen. I read that you are renovating. I wish you much success and look forward to seeing how everything turns out when it's finished.

In my opinion, the accommodation is an absolute disgrace.The hotel advertises contactless processing to avoid infections and complete disinfection when changing beds.We arrived and after taking the key from the key box and unlocking the room, we saw that the room had not been cleaned. The bed linen and towels were on the bed as if they had been left by the previous resident. The whole house including the room smells musty and like cigarette smoke. The smell in the bathroom was unfiltered sewer.A modest night for 67€, every EUR is too much and there was nothing more than annoyance and lack of sleep.

In need of renovation; clairvoyant; not sufficiently equipped (4-bed room but only 2 chairs, only 2 cups, etc.); The heating in the living room was always running, but there was no thermostat in the bathroom; no shower curtain/wall available; The cooling option offered was a minibar cooling system which did not cool; The room was often difficult to open or close, and the Wi-Fi was not available or was only very poorly available

Building very outdated, has the character of a youth hostel, in the "kitchen" there was 1 plate, 1 knife for 2 people, no cooking facilities, balcony very desolate, humming but not cooling refrigerator.Rooms relatively renovated, clean.

Standing in front of a locked door in the cold and pouring rain from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.!!!Nobody can be reached via emergency numbers etc.An accommodation of the lowest class!!!Unfortunately I had to give one star, 5 minus stars would be better.
