The rooms are clean and comfortable and the owners are very helpful and friendly. Just a couple of minutes walking to enjoy a great view over the lake.

A little shocked by the bill, I'm now reporting on my experience.We booked at short notice for 10 nights (€175 per night including breakfast - a little more expensive, so you can expect a lot). Our 11-month-old daughter was warmly welcomed every day and felt so great. For breakfast you could then tick what you wanted. At first we always ordered a fruit salad for the little one, but there was still a lot that she couldn't eat - so we ordered berries for the little one from 'other wishes' - not knowing that this was charged at €6.50 every day! ! What an absolute disgrace without saying anything and charging such a utopian high price for 5 berries!The farewell was less friendly than just annoyed. The sour milk in the morning was sloppily cleared away after mentioning it instead of apologizing. The room is ok - cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the last time the bed was cleaned 3 years ago was as much dust as there is there. I thought we were having a good time here, but the bill at the end topped it and made everything good bad! Caution! Money trap - rip-off prices! Not recommended!

As soon as we arrived we received a very warm welcome, not only from Pepe 💕 but also from Ms. Baier. The accommodation is only a 2-minute walk from the lake and is very quiet. We had a “feeling at home” from the start. The rooms are cozy and furnished with love. The associated bathrooms are spacious and equally beautifully designed.The service leaves nothing to be desired. It was cleaned daily and we had new towels every day. It was very clean from the start anyway. For breakfast there was whatever your heart desired. Here too we were very, very satisfied and well looked after.We would like to say thank you for the lovely stay and would be happy to come back.Kind regards from little Saarland from and 4.5en 😉

The 3 of us (2 adults with an adult daughter) stayed here for 3 nights in the comfortably furnished mini apartment No. 3 at the end of July 2024.We enjoyed our vacation here just 2 months ago.The 180 degree turnaround from nice, hospitable interaction to the dominant and expansive farewell tone was all the sadder because we had made an annoying mistake:0(.We accidentally took the room key with us and had to bring it back - immediately - no matter how! All we got was accusations, new regular guests became unimportant, unwanted visitors in seconds. So be careful! There can't be any mistakes! It's a shame... .

Great Bavarian guesthouse, lovingly furnished, nice hosts, breakfast leaves nothing to be desired... only the parking space for customers is subject to a charge (8€🧐). With a guest card you can use buses freely around Tegernsee 👏🏻

For a 4 star hotel, everything is too small. The price-performance ratio is not right somewhere. We paid 200 euros for 1 night in a double room with breakfast and parking. The rooms are very narrow and small. Breakfast was very good. The owner and her husband are very nice.

Lovingly furnished. Very clean and hygienic, the room was cleaned properly every day. Feels fresh when you come back in the evening!Breakfast is not possible in buffet form due to Corona, but you can choose all the components the day before. Delicious. You can also have breakfast outdoors. The time can also be freely selected.Our room had a nice large balcony and a window in the bathroom.Top location to the lake, about 2 minutes walk.Due to the structural conditions (older house), the room is a bit noisy, there is little storage space and it is quite narrow. But the bed is appropriately large. No elevator available.Unfortunately a somewhat small TV.Sauna only operates on cold days.Parking spaces are available in front of the guest house, but cost 3 euros per day, which we were not aware of beforehand (neither on the homepage nor when booking) and which was not mentioned upon arrival.
