I had 2 stays in this place.The first one, I had arrived quite late and found my room quite easy, even there was no stuff at the old reception. (I don’t know, if it’s even been used at all)The room was spacious and clean. The view was nice from the 2 floor.The second time, I arrived in the early evening. With the door code, which they have send to me, it was no problem to enter.Still no stuff anywhere. (undermines my thought, that they don’t use the reception anymore)This time also found my room quite fast and acquired my key to the room easily in the key box next to my room door.This room was smaller but much more modern. I was impressed and the view was still good, even my room was at the ground floor. Sadly I just had a reservation for one night. This room I could imagine for a few days, next time.

Gaestehaus Schreier was perfect for our week in Bavaria. The room was comfortable, with all that we needed for a home away from home. Monica was a great host, although we didn't have a need to interact with her after checking in. The location is favorable for travel to other areas, and it is a pleasant short walk to beautiful Tegernsee. We expect to stay here again if we're lucky enough to enjoy another Bavarian vacation!

Apartment was new, but furnishings were absolutely basic. The heating didn't warm up properly. The building itself and the hallways are very dirty and run down. The baby bed, which we canceled in consultation with the host and was not made available to us, was later billed to us and even sent a reminder. The matter was only resolved after two phone calls. No recommendation!

Everything is clean and there is parking in front of the house. Unfortunately, we had a family with children above us who could be heard running around and screaming loudly in the apartment until late in the evening and early from 7 a.m. onwards.WiFi doesn't work and the batteries on the TV remote control should be replaced every now and then. The cleaning lady was very nice and committed to the second star.We reported the problem with the non-working WiFi directly via the travel portal, but there was no response until the day of departure.Definitely a different accommodation next time.

Induction cooker and no induction pots, water drain in the bathroom sink doesn't work, only one radiator works lukewarm, bathroom and bedroom don't work - it's sh*t cold in the apartment, endless mosquitoes in the bathroom. The building was a disaster, the living room light didn't work either. I left beforehand

Room 03 no curtains on the windows! Because the light was on in the evening, the entire street across the street could see into the room. Television was not possible. Antenna cable had no plug.Room clean!Bed clean and tidy for sleeping.Kitchen everything clean.Errors and damage reported, unfortunately no response.

Looks good from the outside, but when you go in it's a mess! Hair in the beds, dirty floors, stains everywhere, uncleaned mirrors, brown stains in the toilets as well as dirt and crumbs in the fridge and mold everywhere! I can't recommend it!
