We dint stay in the hotel but we went to the restaurant. It had a great view with nice food and drinks. The place is easy to reach by cable car from Schliersee. It has great mountain and lake view. They have a swimming pool with lake view which was almost frozen when we reached there. Must visit place if you are in Schliersee.

The views are amazing and there is a whole resort at the top of the mountain. However, the waiters were less then friendly and forgot part of the order. Didn’t acknowledge it and it took a long time for the rest of the order to arrive.

A very impressive restaurant and well worth the 1 hour hike up. Service was perfect and a huge selection of Bavarian cuisine. Stunning views and I'd recommend getting there for 12pm when the restaurant starts serving for the best seats. 🥨🍻

Schliersberg Alm is a beautiful place with a lovely pool and amazing view. The stay was also very comfortable. We went as a team of 40 people and we had a great time

Quite a steep hike up, which takes about 1 1/4 hours. A cable car is also running if you can't/don't want to walk up there. You will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of Schliersee and mountains.There is a self serve restaurant as well as a full serve restaurant.Self-serve is open from 12pm-5pm. Food is freshly made and delicious. Restrooms are very clean.If you bring kids, they can tire them selves on the playground and trampoline.

Nice hotel/restaurant/POI. We stayed one night and enjoyed the view. Hiking up only takes ca. 1.5h, but the path is pretty steep (we managed to do it with a 2.5 yo without problems). It is also possible to use a cable car.

My wife and I celebrated our 40s birthdays there and rented the entire place for the weekend. It was overall a great event, very friendly and helpful staff which didn't mind all of the kids running around but instead, seemed to enjoy the international vibe of our group (50+ adults, 25+ kids). Also, the value for the money is really good, particularly for the location, being relatively close to Munich (which is overall a pricey area in Germany). We had the dinner and party at a tent which is built up from May to September and the remaining guests moved over back to the restaurant and "social room" for drinks until 5 in the morning. The hotel is rustic but you totally get what you pay for, I would recommend this for everyone who wants to have a down-to-earth location for a fun social event.

We have been here for an afternoon. Great place with a view! #Bigfoot and #Littlefeet could play with a trampoline or Minigolf. We have eaten French fries with chicken nuggets. And still it’s an amazing place with a lot of people talking foreign languages
