An incredibly beautiful place, with a lot of love and joy that you can feel. We met there for my mother-in-law's farewell party and everything was beautifully and lovingly prepared. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and cozy rooms, great mattresses and a delicious and filling breakfast. We will remember you fondly. Thank you for that! 🥰

An old industrial villa with a lot of charm, of course renovated, TOP service (came on a Monday afternoon, the cook, who was actually free, came especially for me to prepare dinner for me, which was also very tasty), and the gentleman also arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We recommend!

Was there at the end of November 2023 for one night+F guest. The hotel, which has been set up in a former factory owner's villa since 1994, has an incredibly good price-performance ratio for today's times. The PLV is crowned by an incredibly great breakfast for the price; something more extensive and better can only be found in extremely expensive luxury hotels throughout Latin America or the Caribbean, for example, if you are very lucky. Due to the historical monument structure, there is unfortunately no elevator and instead there are many stairs. There are many steps up to the 3rd floor. The hotel is therefore unsuitable for people with severe walking difficulties. With just one wall light instead of a ceiling light, the hotel room stays romantically dark. The rooms are spacious, my bathroom was relatively narrow and it had to be heated manually. The internet via WLAN was very fast. There are some parking spaces in the yard. Due to its location on a side street, you can enjoy pure peace and quiet in the hotel room. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center. The staff is super nice, polite and extremely helpful. The 5 stars are partly because of the great PLV all around.

An old charming villa converted into a hotel. Owner-managed, very friendly, unfortunately no elevator and no restaurant or BAR. But the stairs are easy to walk.A good breakfast buffet - nothing exceptional but plentiful.

The building alone is impressive when you arrive, wonderful old walls, the style of the interior is very well adapted to it. Rooms are big enough and everything was neat and clean. The hotel can be recommended!
