Wonderful experience! Great staff and the pension is very close to numerous great locations to eat. I would highly recommend this establishment. The proximity to Colditz Castle is great. You won't be disappointed.

The room was clean, cozy. Unfortunately very warm due to lack of shading. Unfortunately there is no breakfast offer, so you have to look for a bakery to get breakfast. On Saturday it was within walking distance, on Sunday I had to drive a few places further.

We booked an overnight stay in a double room at the guesthouse several weeks in advance for May 23rd, 2023. Thank God I called the guesthouse again the day before I arrived. The answering machine there told me that the guesthouse would be open from May 22nd. is closed for vacation until May 31, 2023. There was no advance information for me about this. Despite a binding booking, the holiday went ahead. I would prefer not to give any stars at all...

The Pension Maria can be recommended with the best of our knowledge and conscience!It is well maintained and clean and the owners are nice and accommodating.Without the great support we couldn't get to our train in Gaithein on time on Sunday.The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable and I would prefer a room in the Pension Maria to a boring, cold, loveless room and an impersonal hotel.If you want to admire the beautiful city of Rochlitz without any worries, I recommend booking here! Absolutely deserved 5 stars.Again at any time and even longer!

The room was very clean and tidy and it was quiet. Communication worked great via WhatsApp and telephone. I received a very friendly welcome.I can only recommend the guesthouse.I deducted one star because there was no WiFi. The city's public Wi-Fi was slow and unstable.

It's OK. But nothing more!Very outdated facilities, but clean. Pillows way too big and hard.Bed squeaks with every movement.Conditionally recommended.
