Since the owner complained to me, I am revising my reviews and taking the “love hotel” back. I still find it shameful to call oneself a hotel and guesthouse and not even be able to offer the guest breakfast. Instead, a kettle and coffee are offered. I've never heard anything like that before. That's no way to win guests

Good value for money for €47 per night/double room. The owner gave us a very warm welcome and you immediately feel very comfortable here as a guest. Everything is very clean and well equipped. The room and bathroom are in good condition. There is a 1 point deduction for the heating, unfortunately the room didn't get really warm.

Rooms are spacious and very well furnished, shops and garden bars are within walking distance. The owner of the guesthouse provides information about whether the garden restaurant is open. There is no breakfast, but you get a kettle with coffee powder for breakfast. The bakery is just around the corner.

Worst experience we have ever had so far. The room was still ok, but there was no radiator in the bathroom. But the breakfast left a lot to be desired, we have never experienced anything like it, sausage was actually counted out slice by person, when we asked if there was still coffee available it was refused and to make matters worse we had to leave our room at 10:00 sharp when asked . And the overnight stay with breakfast for 75 euros can't exactly be described as a bargain. We won't come back, unfortunately we can't recommend it...

We booked the entire hotel for our wedding in September. Although everything was generally very uncertain until the end due to Corona and the associated restrictions on celebrations, the Mehnert family supported us very much in all matters and were extremely accommodating. The hotel is very clean and offers everything you need. Our guests felt very well looked after and accommodated. Everyone also commented very positively on the delicious, lovingly prepared breakfast and the courteous service. Thank you for everything and hope that many more guests can feel at home with you for a short time.Kind regards Kristina and Christian Bernecker

Two really small cups of coffee for breakfast and that's it, I've never experienced that before! If you wanted more you almost had to beg and were grumpily asked if two more cups were enough! …

Rooms very clean. Breakfast okay for 5 euros per person. The only thing that was a bit difficult was the payment. I wanted the money for the overnight stay straight away. It was then transferred - which he wasn't okay with either.Otherwise great. Sufficient parking spaces available.

What is positive is that the rooms are clean and tidy.Otherwise, it has not been possible to replace the empty remote control batteries with full ones for 3 days. The heating remains cold despite single-digit temperatures in the evening/night. The shower changes the water from hot to cold so much in one trip that you either burn your butt or freeze to death. The breakfast is mediocre. There are 3 slices of sausage and 1 slice of cheese.Buffet is only available for muesli.Overall, it seems like a lot of exaggerated austerity.

We have been here several times and have always felt very comfortable. Unfortunately there is no longer breakfast, which is unfortunately essential for our vacation
