I booked two nights earlier this year but then sent a message through their webform to cancel it ahead of my booking due to a change of plans. I didn’t get a confirmation or answer about my cancellation and I find out later that they invoiced me for the two nights I had booked. I paid it, but realize that the fault wasn’t on my end in the end because the webfirm apparently isn’t working. I’ve tried reaching out to them on email, their webform and to both of their phone numbers but am getting no response whatsoever.

This is my favorite place to stay in Leisnig. The place is immaculate. Clean from top to bottom!The owner is also very friendly and accommodating.My family and myself have stayed here a couple of times and it is wonderful. I usually do not write reviews as I am hard to please BUT this place deserves it. Great job

We stayed here on our bike trip on May 27, 24. The welcome was a bit strange - every detail in the room, even an apple on a napkin on the bed was addressed...The rooms are nicely decorated, you just don't have to look closely - the corners were dusty and the mirror wasn't clean.The breakfast was good, but the fact that the owner reads the newspaper and drinks coffee at the next table and serves her guests in between reinforces the strange impression of the hotel.

A very nice, centrally located accommodation for Leisnig. The greeting took a lot of getting used to and was not welcoming on the part of the operator. There's still a lot of room for improvement if you want to follow the napkin saying lying in the room: "It's nice that you're here." We were a group of 7 people and asked nicely about using the breakfast room in the evening. But then we were met with a quick, harsh rejection and we had to sit down together in one of our rooms... it's a shame when you have to end a fun, beautiful day like that.

A guest house which has a very nice location right on the market, the town of Leisnig.We were warmly welcomed and all the details about the room were explained to us. What was surprising to us was that our "apartment" (I think number 4) had a common main entrance with apartment number 5. However, since this was not occupied at the time of our visit, it was not a problem. I think I wouldn't have found it good with simultaneous occupancy and would have felt a little restricted. Doesn't matter...The rooms themselves were clean but you shouldn't expect hotel standard.Breakfast was simple, but we enjoyed the peace and quiet in the breakfast room. Breakfast time was previously possible from 7:00 a.m. The lady who looked after the guests there was very courteous and not intrusive.Gladly again if needed 👍🏻Attention: Not barrier-free.

This is the third time we have stayed at the guesthouse on the market and overall we are satisfied. The first time we were so positively surprised, the second time it was a bit dusty but still within limits. This time, however, we were already disappointed. It was really very dusty, although it had probably been mopped fresh. This was absolutely the case on the walkways, but since we have a small child, we also discovered the other corners. However, when we asked, we were given a vacuum cleaner as requested.There were also no new sponges for the dishes, which we noticed on the second visit. Maybe we are too fastidious, but we can't report on the cleanliness. Everything else is great

Great rooms, nice hosts. We felt completely comfortable. Just because of the little details, such as extra children's soap or children's place settings at breakfast. The breakfast was very lovingly prepared.
