Great hotel, super friendly hostes. Interior might be a little out dated but you could also say it has character. The hostes took the trouble to see if she could get croissants for me for breakfast which made me push the review to five stars.

We were completely satisfied with our holiday apartment. Everything you needed was there. Really nice and comfortably furnished. Any time. We were 2 adults with a child and the best thing was that it couldn't be more central. Thank you.

Once and never again - We had booked 4 rooms and arrived at the hotel at 11 p.m. at -7 degrees and were looking forward to warm rooms and beds after a long day at work. Unfortunately, we could hardly sleep in the rooms because of the cold at night. At -7 degrees, the windows were open in all rooms and the heating was of course on * or cold at this time. Even the thin summer duvets couldn't warm us, a total of 6 people. We have never been as cold anywhere as in this hotel. For the price, the rooms and the facilities were also not justified. On our tour we stayed in other hotels, including in Binz, Berlin and Görlitz, in absolutely wonderful hotels and it was a lot cheaper than in this hotel. Just annoying.

The small hotel is within walking distance of the old town of Auerbach. The room was tidy and equipped with a small TV and fridge.Unfortunately, the hotel has no longer offered breakfast since Corona. As a result, I found the price for the room to be a bit too high.

Very nice operator, unfortunately only cash payment possible because of the EC problem that was occurring throughout Germany at the time.It would have been nice to have the opportunity to have a beer in the evening.The room was a nice size and well-kept and the breakfast buffet was also great for the size and price category of the hotel.We'd love to come back.

The hotel is no longer brand new, but very nice. Especially the boss, Ms. Kunert. She can tell stories very well and gives tips. Breakfast was also very good. The rooms are clean and you can sleep well here.
