A well located place to stay, clean & functional facilities.. The owner was very helpful. Easy instructions for access. Great location to stay the night before sailing from Kiel, which can get fully booked. 40 minutes from Kiel.

Stay away! The location is a ten and the guy who checks you in is very nice. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned before I came, I had to call for toilet paper because there was none. The water in the shower doesn't go away, and the courtain is discussing. There's a small kitchen, but basics are missing, sponge, soap and a cloth would be helpful. I got a all a day later asking for the microwave, they said there was some sort of coffee explosion.. I don't drink coffee and I didn't even use the microwave.. I just wanted to stay as away from it as possible.Not worthy the money.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The service on the phone was great - very nice employee. The room itself is also very nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and apparently clean. The location is great and there are cheap parking options in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, things aren't really cleaned thoroughly here. There were thick flakes of dust on the top of the bed and the lamp. The shower curtain was very sticky at the bottom. The boiler hums very loudly as soon as water is turned on. Only one window could be opened by tilting, so it was quite stuffy in the room.

The room could have been cleaner. There was hair in the bed, the same in the shower and there were still urine splashes on the toilet bowl. In addition, the entire stairwell smelled of urine!!

Accommodation where, in my opinion, the price/performance ratio is in no way right. The mattresses are very saggy, the bathroom has a boiler directly above the toilet, a small shower with a curtain. Darkening is not possible in any way and the walls are dirty. In my opinion one of the worst accommodations in Neumünster.

So quite simply, I was here because there was nothing else. But the whole thing is really crazy.The beds are all too soft and you almost sink. A.The bathroom is the worst.The faucet fitting is barely holding.When you shower, the boiler or flusher starts to knock and rattle. Everyone will definitely hear it.It is hardly equipped except for the television. A lot of things are broken and fixed but worth about 60 euros but never more.Sorry.

Before you have to sleep outside, okay, but otherwise, not recommended!The hallway is used by homeless people and junkies, who are picked up by the police and rescue at 1 a.m.At 3 the Rossmann below will be delivered.There wasn't much sleep that night...Rooms have been remodeled several times, several switches and sockets are dead, thermostat in the bathroom, the radiator in the room. Hot and cold water swapped in the bathroom.And the exit/entrance is more than dirty......The "receptionist", who can only be reached by phone, brings the keys, is very friendly and tries very hard!

A homeless woman slept in the stairwell and smoked, she was very nice, but everything smelled like cigarettes, which I found extremely pleasant and took me back to my old childhood days. The urban view of the courtyard with garbage cans was idyllic and breathtaking as promised

Reliable communication, despite our late arrival, the staff was super friendly and showed my wife and I everything.If you are looking for something in Neumünster, in the middle of the “city”, you have come to the right place.Price/performance very good.Only the parking situation is very difficult, but the staff is very helpful, shows you several parking options in the immediate area and also has some tips for guests.
