It is a very nice hotel, we would stay there again. If you want to visit Hamburg, it is a bit far away - 25km, but if you have a car, then there is no problem. …

We arrived late at night in the pouring rain, we called in advance to let the owner know we would be arriving late and even though he had to get up early in the morning he greeted us kindly with a smile and got us settled in our room.  …

This hotel was abandoned sometime in the 70s, the carpets are greasy and old, the furniture is dark and shabby. A broken fan was humming in the bathroom. I have for an overnight stay. We had to pay a whopping 90 euros as an individual and didn't even get breakfast because it was only available until 10 a.m. I arrived at 5 to 10 and the unfriendly owner actually cleared away the breakfast buffet in front of me... that's a shameful and brazen thing. Totally rude and stubborn. He should stop and leave it to others….

Stayed there one night, barely slept because of the cold and smell of the room. It's amazing that in Germany you get 3 stars for this and can charge €130 per night. But the hotel doesn't care because there are hardly any alternatives here and nobody repeats it again.

Rooms are clean and spacious. The furniture could be more contemporary. The breakfast was rich. The location is very good and the parking is free.
