Were here again and had a great week of vacation. The house (641) was as expected. Except for the floor plan, all of the houses are equipped relatively the same. The prices get higher every year, but you have the direct proximity to the beach and many options. The highlight this time was that we saw Delle the dolphin in the harbor basin 🐬.

Unfortunately, the wooden huts here are underground and not recommended. If you want to relax on the Priwall, you should book the new buildings directly at the harbor, even if they are probably much more expensive. But relaxation was a non-existent thing in our cramped and unkempt home...

Nice little houses, the way to the beach is quick and despite the "narrow" houses you still have privacy. If the cleaning staff takes a quick look in the corners it gets 5 stars

Houses are old and everything is a bit run down on the outside. Were there for 10 days and never again. Service is zero and prices are WAY too HIGH - therefore - NEVER AGAIN

I only rate the property, your property DSH533 - Studio, Schmugglerstieg 9c. Novasol really tried hard to make our stay more bearable. TIP There are properties that are excellent, unfortunately this property was not one of them.

Be careful when taking over, the houses are no longer the youngest. There were some defects, e.g. dishwasher was missing holders, dishes fell over.... Defective remote controls for TV and satellite. Service was very friendly to a certain extent, but technicians were incompetent,You can turn on the television by hand and the dishwasher is too old, so there's nothing you can do about it...Flushing the toilet uses most of the water and you can only flush anything down with tricks. The reason is an offset cistern which causes a whirlpool. The trick is to use the toilet brush to stir against the vortex. We very much hope that we won't be charged for the defects, i.e. deposit... This is how you get your junk property in good shape.Thank you for your attention. And have fun and adventure in this facility

We stayed in this medium-sized Swedish house on Novasol's Priwall for 3 weeks in July/August.The biggest point of criticism is the beds. These are 70cm single beds. These are in every room. This is cleverly photographed in the photos. The beds are inherently of inferior hardware store quality. The mattress is firmly connected to the bed frame. It has certainly never been replaced since the house was built 10 years ago. Instead, they tried to hide it with a topper. But it doesn't help because you can still feel the springs. That's enough for small children at best. The couch is then of the same quality. Totally worn out and musty. For the price, that's quite an imposition.Windows cannot be completely darkened because some of them only have roller blinds, which have already given up the ghost.A few lamps were also broken. However, blinds and lamps were replaced quickly and efficiently after a complaint. The only thing that wasn't discussed was the beds and couch.Overall, the bedrooms are very narrow despite the small beds, so it's hard to get through. The space was partly sacrificed for a small sauna, which is quite OK.The positive thing is that if you want to cook yourself, there are a lot of utensils available. There is also plenty of storage space and you can sit nicely on the terrace. But some of them face the street so that you can greet everyone who comes by while you eat.The bathroom has a shower of sufficient size and a Siemens washing machine. All rooms were cleaned properly. The location of our house was closer to the dog beach, so you still have to walk 10 minutes. Edeka with a bakery is within walking distance. You can also quickly walk to the Priwall Promenade.

Almost just a construction site. Except for a few shops, nothing has been completed yet. The cooking robot at High 5 Deli is an attraction

Beautiful wooden holiday home. Sufficient for 4 people (2 rooms with 2 beds) The house was clean upon arrival with a few small defects. (Cobwebs) The kitchen is well equipped. A sauna is also available in the house. A small living area with a couch and chairs. A dining table for 6 people. A bioethanol fireplace in the living room. Tip: 1 bottle is enough for 3 evenings and is available at reception. The beds were OK too. There is also a parking space directly at the house. It's about a 5-minute walk to the dog beach. About 30 minutes by ferry to Travemünde. (Only car ferry in winter) Additional costs for us for 4 nights were around €30 (4 people)
