Had a very short stay. But the beds where great. Wonderful view from the room when we woke up. Friendly and service minded staf. I hope i get to come back some day.

We stayed in this hotel for one night because we were at a wedding. We thought we would get a double room for €95 (see homepage first page) and stay there. We're not far from Lübeck, but it's ok for the Oreis as you can have breakfast together with a few other guests the next day.When we checked in everything was fine. We got our room key and everyone was nice.When we came into the room we were greeted by cobwebs, mosquitoes and other flies. When we were back at the hotel at night we also found a large water stain with slight mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, above the toilet. Really not nice.In the morning at breakfast everything was fine except that my chair almost fell apart. Then when you paySurprise. That's 135€, that's what they said.We only ??? In the face. Then I saw that if you look further on the homepage there are different prices for the rooms. So homepage the cheap pricesSingle room - 72€Small double room - 95€Large double room - 120€But then on the other side it saysSingle room - 95€K double room - 120€G double room - 135€We were very surprised because our room was already small because at the beginning we wanted to have a third bed in it for grandma and actually our little daughter. It would never have been appropriate for them to jump around on the beds in the room. We thought okay, then we have a small room.But no. It's all about the bed size.I wonder how it was all supposed to fit. And why there are different prices on the same homepage.We mentioned this and then all we got was a grumpy "We'll probably have to change that", which was a lack of goodwill. It's their mistake but it's not seen. Even the bride and groom and other guests had expected the other prices. A taxi would have been significantly cheaper and the night would have been more pleasant. We won't come back again. Because with the prices I expect more than an old dirty room.But the wedding at the Spaegelhof was very nice😋
