The room I stayed in was just lovely, and quiet. The check-in was easy, with an outdoor locker in which to keep my suitcase. The top floor bathroom and kitchen are pretty small, so I used the ones on the lower floor. …

We enjoyed our stay at Hansekammern so much. The room's decor was stylish and beautiful and everything felt very homely. I loved the beautiful pillows on the sofa. There was even a hot water bottle! …

Good location (around 10 minutes walking distance to Holstentor). I enjoyed my stay although use of towels and bed sheets had to be paid even if you bring your own towels (but it was clearly marked during the booking process). It just sounds strange to me, All in all, it's a good option and I would stay there again.

A beautiful accommodation with attention to detail. Small dishes or breakfast can also be easily prepared in the kitchen with a refrigerator. The old house is a bit noisy and the doors are a bit loud, but overall it was very quiet (apart from the firecrackers and rockets at New Year's).

Spent 4 days in Lübeck in wonderful weather. Accommodation close to town. Bathroom and kitchen shared with 2 other roommates, used without any problems. Rooms functionally furnished. Good mattresses, so we could start the next day well rested. No radio, no television.

We spent a night in the blue salon. The very clean room is very spacious and lovingly furnished. Unfortunately the window faces the street and therefore it is a bit noisy. You quickly get used to the characterful smell of the room. Unfortunately the ceiling lighting was a touch of nothing and a bedside lamp was broken.Shared bathroom and kitchen are ok. A few more cups and a check here and there in the kitchen wouldn't have hurt. The location is perfect for a trip to the city center.

TOP: very nice, very large, clean room on the 2nd floor of a beautifully renovated old house. The storage space for our luggage during the day in Lübeck was also TOP.LESS: the room on the 2nd floor was on a VERY noisy main street. This should definitely be clarified in advance. At 30+ degrees, sleeping with the window open was not possible. The shared bathroom (bath/shower/toilet), for the 3 units (as far as I could see) on the 2nd floor, was MUCH TOO SMALL: I couldn't turn around properly in the shower or stand in front of the mirror (and I'm only 184cm ) turn around.

Great room, uncomplicated handover, pleasant location (not directly in the center, but within walking distance). The only point of criticism: The rooms are quite noisy, which can be a problem for light sleepers.

Simply great, we felt very comfortable. It was very cheap, the landlords are super nice, the room was elegant, lovingly and tastefully furnished, lots of wood, everything was clean. Brochures were lying around so you can discover a lot, kettle in the kitchen for shared use, refrigerator, shower... my daughter was even allowed to play the violin there and no one complained...
