The only positive thing I can say is that it was clean. My room was so small that I almost felt claustrophobic. The bathroom was large and ok. Staff not particularly hard working. The breakfast for 15 euros is an outrage. Very spartan and nothing fresh. When booked through Expedia, breakfast is included. If you book directly, not!! By the way, the entrance is around the corner... Overall, for me, it's a "flophouse".

This hotel is located in the middle of the town of Heidenheim. Parking spaces can be found in the immediate vicinity. The welcome was friendly and the breakfast in the morning was completely sufficient.

We were looking for accommodation at very short notice for a break on the way back from Italy. You can park for free right in front of the entrance, the owner was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and luggage could be taken up in the elevator. Price-performance is top. Only the location right on a busy street can be a problem if you want to sleep with the window open without ear plugs. But no problem with the window closed.

We stayed here from Friday to Saturday. The hotel is very centrally located, right in the center of Heidenheim. There were no parking spaces at first, but we were allowed to park in the driveway. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and furnished according to needs. The breakfast selection could have been more extensive, but the food offered was okay for the price. There was fresh sausage, Nutella, cream cheese, jam, cornflakes, etc., and the rolls were fresh from the bakery. Unfortunately this is what happens now. Unfortunately, because the operator is not directly to blame. There was little thought of sleep that night. In front of the hotel, car posers with tuned engines drove through the streets non-stop. It was impossible to leave the windows open. There was no sign of the police or public order office anywhere. Really a shame. We got to know Heidenheim as a very nice little town where you can spend some time. This is ruined by car posers and the lack of law enforcement.

We were there to stay overnight on a bike tour across Germany. The service was really more than worth seeing. We were able to store our bikes in a private room. We were helped to carry the bike bags up and we had a good time and had a very nice conversation. The rooms are very clean and thorough and the beds are comfortable. At breakfast you get everything you need. You can make your own coffee using a fully automatic coffee machine using beans. After I left I thought I had forgotten something in the room and I tried to contact them by phone. The room was immediately checked and called back. It later turned out that the item I was looking for was actually mine.I would book this hotel again and again and look forward to perhaps coming back as an away fan next season.

The hotel is small and nice. The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly, courteous and discreet. The breakfast offering is rich and fresh. Every morning fresh rolls are brought to you from the bakery around the corner. Thanks to the central location, everything is within walking distance. Negotiations are currently underway with the city about parking spaces. I was completely thrilled with my stay and will definitely come back.

Nice and clean and friendly service, perfect for simple accommodation on the way down to Europe.. However, a lot of noise from the street outside on a Saturday evening and the sensor lamp in the hall was lit several times during the night.Good breakfast with everything needed. There is no restaurant, but in the same building with the same owner is Ali Baba, amazingly good kebab, best I've eaten in years!

There is no parking space. For me it is not a hotel but just a place to stay overnight in an emergency. Very loud, it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast is served sporadically. No fruit, no muesli, no yoghurt, a household coffee machine where you had to wait what felt like 10 minutes for a coffee.I will never stay there again.
