This accommodation is not recommended. There are many cobwebs on the house walls and the entrance. In addition, many things are out of order, such as the stove. The door handle has also fallen off several times and a lot of the furniture is wobbling. The bed is also almost broken. The smell was not pleasant and you couldn't open the window completely to ventilate. There were also lots of dead mosquitoes on the walls and strange stains on the bed sheets. A few of the positive aspects were the sauna, which was relatively clean and that it is a quiet area. In summary, it is a mediocre accommodation and not necessarily recommended.

Unfortunately, I had to complain once by phone and again in writing. There was no response to my email and unfortunately only a small point of criticism was resolved. There was no soap available in the bathroom and the toilet had brown-green deposits, so the hygiene regulations were absolutely not adhered to. So I had to buy hand soap and toilet cleaning supplies and clean them myself. A piece of furniture in the bathroom would also make it a little more homely. Unfortunately you can only put a few things there. There were dead mosquitoes stuck all over the walls, which should have been vacuumed away before the new guest. Fly screens would take care of this issue. The pillow only consisted of lumps of filling, which I first replaced with another pillow. The bed didn't smell good in the bottom half (waist down) which was very gross.A ceiling lamp in the sleeping area would be good so that you don't need a flashlight to find something in your suitcase in the evening. During my stay there was only a bedside lamp available.Since many guests arrive on the weekend, I find it more than bad that employees are only available in emergencies.“Since our employees are happy about the end of their work, we ask that you only use this service number if it is not enough to do something the next day.”There should definitely be someone available - even without an emergency - who is available for as long as the guests are allowed to arrive. Of course, in my case the disgusting toilet wasn't an emergency, but I would have liked to have that sorted out on my arrival day (Sunday). After I complained by phone on Monday morning and was told that I shouldn't buy cleaning products and that they would take care of getting a cover for the sink drain and cleaning the bathroom area again, I didn't buy anything. Which turned out to be a mistake because when I came back to the apartment in the evening, the lid was in the sink, but the sanitary area was completely ignored. There was no response to my written complaint on Tuesday evening (including a photo of the toilet). She was absolutely ignored! For me that was an absolute no-go and I tried to spend as little time in the apartment as possible. Which wasn't okay, because on vacation you want to switch off and feel good, but that's not possible if you feel more disgusted than good.Finding positive things is not easy. The apartment is equipped with the essentials. And at apartment 10, you could park right in front of the door. This makes loading and unloading very easy.I also didn't hear any traffic on the street because the apartment didn't face the street.

In short: it's enough to stay overnight. It was very nicely furnished and you sleep on/next to a small horse farm and, apart from the larger street next door, you actually had peace and quiet. The location is very good, you can quickly get to Sassnitz, but also in the direction of Binz/Sellin or if you would like to visit Karl's strawberry farm in Zirkow. We also drove about 25 minutes to Cape Arkona (Putgarten) and you could have breakfast at Peters almost "around the corner".Parking there is a bit uncomfortable and tighter. It could have been a little cleaner, at least the cobwebs everywhere could have been removed. Due to the staircases, the lower apartments are quite dark and it is difficult to open or leave the windows open. There is little privacy as we unfortunately also had fellow guests who looked into our apartment through the windows. You can sit outside on the terrace, but there's no peace and quiet there either because you're sitting right next to each other with other vacationers. Unfortunately there is nothing separated, so in our opinion other guests have too much access to other people's accommodations. When you leave you should take out the garbage, unfortunately there was no information anywhere about where we could find garbage cans. What annoyed us was that we had actually booked 2 adults and a dog and so the amount was fixed for us.However, nothing about this was apparent in the booking confirmation, except for the note: "Speaking of pets... If you have accidentally neglected to inform us about any pets traveling with you, then simply do so now by email... ;)"So of course we had to pay more later. We also had to ask about the spa cards, they are rather behind when it comes to payment. All in all not bad.

We were on site from July 22nd, 2024 to July 29th, 2024.We booked apartment 10 and were not disappointed. Exactly as it was in the pictures on the Internet, that's how we found it. Everything was also as described. This holiday apartment is located a bit away from the other holiday apartments, which meant it was very quiet for us. Unfortunately we had a little mishap and lost the key.Mr. Reuter Senior helped us out immediately and gave us a spare key. We would like to apologize once again for the disruption on this day. However, if you expect a luxury hotel, you should book one.We were satisfied and felt very comfortable in Dubnitz. We have one suggestion for improvement.Insect screens in front of the windows, otherwise everything was fine.We would like to thank you again and wish you more satisfied guests. The Dietmar and Kathrin Claus family with Honey

We spent eleven nights in a holiday apartment at the Landpension Dubnitz over Christmas and New Year's Eve. Our impressions:Positive:- easy to find.- quiet location if you have an apartment that is not facing the country road.- beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity.-Sauna.Negative:- musty smell in the apartment including the couch, which could only be overcome with a bottle of Febreze.- a small spot of mold on the ceiling in the sleeping area.- the very hard bed creaked. Blankets and pillows with stains (so use your own covers).- a number of dead mosquitoes on the walls.- Cobwebs in the windows and on the ceiling lamp.- the dishes were left dirty and were divided in a senseless manner, e.g. E.g. 1 large plate, approx. 20 small plates etc.- the other equipment is very old.- the two chairs wobbled because screws were missing.- Sauna without lights. We therefore took a light bulb from the apartment with us for our sauna session.- the sports hall was cold (ok, no wonder without heating in winter) and some of the equipment was dilapidated (e.g. table tennis tables).- The senior owner's reference to a quiet night in the sports hall was justified, but really extremely unfriendly. Also with other guests. We definitely weren't loud as we were just playing pool.- Courtyard barely lit at night. A flashlight makes sense.- Dubnitz itself is very small, has no street lighting, no sidewalks and GDR street conditions. Walking the dog in the dark (winter) can cause you to twist your ankle.- the two cleaners clean an entire apartment in just 10-12 minutes (own observation). Disinfecting the toilet and shower as well as dusting and removing cobwebs falls by the wayside.- no infrastructure in Dubnitz itself. Before anyone says “why don’t you tell the landlord”:Contact with the guest doesn't really seem to be desired. This is proven by the lack of key handover, the comment in an email from the Rügen accommodation agency that you should only contact the landlord in important matters, the experiences of other guests with whom you had a conversation and last but not least, that the senior boss is really very unfriendly. None of this motivates you to even seek the conversation. It's a shame, you could do more with it, but it's not recommended.

We have booked a holiday in apartment 11 at the Landpension Dubnitz for 10 days until August 17th, 2023. Unfortunately we were very disappointed, so we canceled our vacation after 7 days. …

It wasn't pretty. Bathroom full of mold. The dishes were stuck in the cupboards. In the arcade you were chased out at 10:03 p.m., which was very bad. Very rude and no contact with the owner. Never go any further. Unfortunately I can't add photos

We were there for two days, so two days too many.||The room is on the ground floor with no privacy screen on the window during the day, a garbage shovel and broom as a welcome right at the entrance. …

Great location, uncomplicated handover, very suitable for families thanks to the playground and arcade. The setup is simple, but everything you need is there. The location is ideal for trips by bike or car. My children and I had a great 10 nights 👍

So anyone who assumes that it is a 5 star hotel is mistaken. It is very central and also very quiet there, which is really very pleasant. Were there for the second time with our dog.
