Stylish apartment with small flaws...We booked apartment number 2 for six days...it's very quiet on the ground floor. Thanks to Ms. Baumann from the Glowe service team, we also protected a patio door with mosquito gases - a fly screen. The bathroom is small but nice, with a large mirror and bright lamp. If you don't turn the shower on too high, the bathroom will stay dry. The kitchen is functionally furnished, the small dishwasher is enough for two people. An open shelf above the stove would fit in well.Overall good and clean, a bit boring on the outside, no landscaping other than lawn.

The relaxing weekend was due to the service provided by the VRG team Glowe, which looks after holiday properties -AUS -!It's not that the apartments are dirty, after a long journey we stood on the busy main road for over an hour with other holidaymakers/children. because of the key handover 🔑 . Nothing was prepared even though all data was submitted when booking, which Ms. B. asked again in order to fill out the forms. Linen packages (bed linen/towels) which should be returned within 48 hours at the latest. If you can book before arrival, they will only be packed when picked up & the deposit, which has to be paid in cash, will unfortunately only be booked back after repeated inquiries over 3 weeks after departure, even though the contract states 5 working days.Apartment #8 Badstr. 6 Juliusruh contaminated (right house/ground floor) which was documented in the attached photos:-Dirty, sticky floors, (photo of contaminated rags)-All the skirting boards have not been cleaned for a long time-Old dirt under the bed-Shelf from the bed on the left was loose, falling from the wall and lying on the bedside lamp-Bathroom shower old foam, shower bracket broken, loose plaster on the walls-very hard double bed, very uncomfortable to sleep in,-Garden furniture dirty with bird droppings (harmful to health) terrace/seating areaProblems were documented and reported immediately, but Ms. B. from the VRG team was never reachable and mailbox was ignored and problems were not resolved.Even the keys were returned via the mailbox because the VRG office was never occupied.Complaint to the owner & Favorent has not responded to date. Conclusion: It was too much for a relaxing weekend, which is also unacceptable for a vacation👎 👎👎.

The supervising company VRG-Team Glowe is extremely dubious. To date (4 months after my vacation) the deposit I paid on site has not been refunded.

The apartment was completely filthy and was probably never cleaned thoroughly. The interior is very worn out and many things were installed without much thought. We booked for four people, but bedding was only available three times. That's when you notice where the focus is. Never again!

I wanted to spend a nice, cozy week in Juliusruh with my girlfriend. Apartment No. 11, 1st impression: unclean, uncomfortable.Stains on the couch, bed cover was placed under the stairs as a privacy screen, no sufficient storage space (cupboards). Stained carpet laid on the balcony, balcony table available, but without table top, completely rusted clothes horse. Shower much too small, you couldn't turn, pipe cover on the heater was broken. The price is completely unreasonable and too high for this holiday apartment.

The accommodation is a huge disaster. Unclean, unhygienic (mirrors dirty with spit, shower, sink, leftover food everywhere in the kitchen, sticky floor, sofa cushions scattered on the floor, stuffy smell in the apartment). Something disgusting in Corona times. We paid full price and had to leave due to significant defects. 7 hour drive otherwise. There was no cooperation with the landlord, let alone a response to the phone or email. The landlord doesn't care at all. Never again !!!! We didn't get our money back

Hello, we have been going to Breege, Juliusruh and Wiek for years. We have never experienced anything bad. The previous accommodations were cheaper and significantly more comfortable. This time we thought we would spend a little more money...a complete failure. Arrival after a 13 hour drive...dead flies under the window, dirty toilet, shower holder wobbling, musty smell throughout the apartment, cobwebs🤔Balcony dirty, balcony runner turned up. Overall impression: unfriendlyOur recommendation, everywhere but herePs: Book a lot of data volume - NO WiFi

The accommodation is very disappointing, the bed is a disaster and the couch to sleep on is also a disaster. I didn't find it particularly inviting, no clock or pictures on the wall. It was also unclean.

A very nice, wide beach with nice sand and plenty of space for the family. You can also set up your shell, windbreak, etc. with enough space for the person next to you and not just lie on towel after towelBeach chairs can also be rented at any time and an ice cream truck drives by every hour to provide supplies for young and oldVery highly recommended
