Super nice house, fully equipped and well decorated, the landlord is friendly and everything can be answered online. Secluded villa located at the end of the street. Six of us had a great week here. Will come again!

Great semi-detached house designed with a lot of taste and love. In the bathroom there is an XXL bathtub, plenty of space for cosmetic items, a large shower and even a TV. In the living and kitchen area everything is available and there is space to feel good. Quiet location on the edge of the village. View over the fields. We had no problem with the WiFi.The lawn was very long. There was sand and crumbs left in the house from the previous tenant.We will come again on our next vacation. Pure relaxation.

I can write this review after just 4 hours of staying. A really nice accommodation has been created here. Sure, a mown lawn would be the icing on the cake, but I don't expect that when I arrive on a Sunday. We'd love to come back. Many greetings to the owners of the Arkona Residence

Great house at first sight.But the facility has been very neglected.Eagle's Nest:The spiral staircase to the eagle's nest is broken. It doesn't stand securely and urgently needs to be repaired. (Not child safe!!!)Staircase:The top handrail of the stairs is loose.Bedroom 1:The back wall of the wardrobe is loose.The daylight blind on the sloping roof window cannot be used because it cannot be locked. Malfunction!The daylight blinds on the French doors are also broken.If you don't want to stand outside in front of the window, all you have to do is use the external blinds and then you'll be in the dark.Bedroom 2 (with spiral staircase to Eagle's Nest):Here too, the back wall of the wardrobe is loose and the drawers and doors are difficult to open.The daylight blinds on the French doors are also broken.If you don't want to stand outside in front of the window, all you have to do is use the external blinds and then you'll be in the dark.Bath:The wooden shelf in the bathroom is inappropriate. Plastic makes more sense.The Karina house is designed for 7 people, but there is only room for 6 people at the dining table and the 7th chair is missing.Living area:The so-called curtains on the two patio doors are broken and individual curtains are missing.The electric massage table does not exist here either.The idea of ​​the existing charging station for cell phones is great. But it was broken.Garden area:A standing basket is advertised, but there isn't one!The garden chest is broken and rusted.The garden gate cannot be locked, so everyone comes onto the property.The pictured privacy screen to the neighbor no longer exists!Even sitting outside with 7 people will be difficult with only 4 chairs (+ 2 folding chairs).The lawn needs to be mowed and the plants need to be cared for.Overall, the garden makes a very neglected impression!Regarding the brochures in the house, it should be noted that they are up to date. It is 2022 and not 2019/2020.Even Corona can't excuse everything!It's a shame we had hoped for more at this price. We have been coming to the beautiful island of Rügen for more than 10 years now, but unfortunately we don't see the price/performance ratio here due to the large number of defects. Maybe without these defects, but with us you were there!We would like to expressly point out that we are only describing our opinion and the current snapshot that we have found.
