The perfect vacationHaus Jule has a great, quiet location between the Baltic Sea (Seaside Resort Sellin) and Lake Sellin. Nevertheless, it is only a few minutes' walk to the main shopping street. The free small tourist train stops in the immediate vicinity and goes to the center, as well as to the pier and to the south beach . The holiday home is equipped with a luxurious bathroom on the upper floor, with a sauna, corner bathtub, large shower and a second bathroom on the ground floor with a shower. The kitchen contains absolutely everything you need, and there is a seating area, loungers and a grill in the garden. A special highlight for families is the in-house playground with a climbing tower, swing and small sandpit. Sand toys and even a bobby car can be used. Parking spaces, a washing machine and a dishwasher complete the picture. 3 bedrooms with box spring beds, made beds and of course hand and bath towels. Important for families: high chair, potty, children's cutlery, plastic dishes and stools so that the children can get to the sink are available and the upper floor is secured with a stair gate. A dream holiday apartment.

"This is not a holiday apartment, this is a luxury apartment!" (O-tone from the 7-year-old traveling companion)The beds were super comfortable (despite fighting with the sheets at night)The Edeka is within walking distance, as is the playground (there was also a small in-house playground).In no time you are at the large parking lot for the Bäderbahn and the racing Roland is just a few steps further away.Considering that it is a multi-star hotel, it could have been cleaner in detail. (Cobwebs + dust) that is the minimal "complaint".The house is located in a quiet holiday/residential area.

Extremely beautiful holiday home with every comfort. The bathroom is a hit in terms of size and accessibility. Comfortable beds, great furnishings - you feel comfortable right from the start.Very nice hosts - great organization.The only thing that wasn't great was the time of year, as many restaurants weren't open and there wasn't much to do...but the great accommodation made up for it.

FH Thomas is a semi-detached house, east facing terrace, brick partition from the neighbor, sun awning, table with 4 chairs and two loungers. On the ground floor there is a small guest toilet with shower and a very large bathroom with sauna (which we did not use) and rain shower as well as 2 sinks on the upper floor with children's equipment. Bedroom 1 with a double bed 1.80 m and bedroom 2 with a double bed 1.60 m - both bedrooms are not too big in size, but you only sleep there. Well-equipped kitchen with dining area and access to a small seating area on the west side. Living room with large XXL armchairs and couch. Washing machine and clothes horse available. Quiet location (but there is currently a construction site behind the house, which wasn't very annoying for us as we were traveling a lot), parking spaces available. Staircase bakery with delicious baked goods (sea buckthorn cake recommended) can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes, as can Wilhelmstrasse with restaurants and from there to the pier; the south beach is about 10 minutes away on foot. It's about a 5-minute walk to the fishing boat at Selin harbor. So the location of the house is great. You can achieve a lot in the surrounding area and is also a good start for bike tours. The landlords are always easy to reach and very nice. Overall, we had lovely days in Sellin, even if the weather was rather autumnal ;-)

Very nice house with everything you need. It is really comfortably furnished and you immediately feel at home. The location on the edge of a park and close to the harbor is very quiet and ideal for children. A short path through the park leads directly to the main street with the restaurants and the pier. Shopping opportunities are also a short distance away.Everything went well and we had a great time on Rügen.Many thanks to the very nice landlords.

Great holiday home. You immediately feel at home... The landlady is very nice, the keys were handed over and the briefing was brief and to the point. The location is 1a, very quiet and ideal for walking and the pier or the “Rasender Roland” stop. In short: we can only recommend it.

A beautiful holiday home for 4 people in a quiet location but easy to reach all seaside resorts, whether by car, bike or speeding Roland. Very nice landlords would like to come back.
