Furniture on the verge of falling apart. Sofa bed that wasn't there. Door handle broken. Flower pots on the balcony full of weeds. Fridge not thawed for weeks and without lighting Balcony has a nice view. That was the only positive thing. So I wouldn't offer something like that to my guests, especially not for the expensive price! Never again!

We were guests in app.4 in the villa. The location was good and as described. The apartment looks really shabby in the living room and kitchen. The couch was completely finished, the bedroom closet in the living room was also well past retirement age and partially damaged or broken. How the third person should sleep in the living room is a mystery to us. The kitchen was the worst of all!! The surface of the dining table was covered in dents. The cutlery was the cheapest of the cheap and even bent when using soft-boiled potatoes. Nothing matched, not at all. Neither cutlery nor glasses (we bought some ourselves), nor plates or anything like that. A mess. The impression here is that everything that is not needed by the owner is stored here. Bathroom and bed were very good.The inventory urgently needs to be overhauled and renewed. Especially below the price quoted.

We are disappointed, the beds are sagging, the pillows are lumpy, so we bought some for our time there. We had to park the car somewhere because the assigned space was always occupied. Never again.

Nice location for the star, facility needs to be renovated again. Bumping edges, dirty sofa and armchair (you don't want to know what was sitting on it). You don't like to sit on it or not at all.Noise pollution from other Eastern European tenants until well after 11 p.m., even midnight on the balcony on four nights in a row out of the five we were there. There was no relaxation there. The rental service didn't get back to us despite complaining on the second evening.Our last stay here.

By far the worst communication I have ever had with a landlord. Repayment of the cancellation will only be made with a court order. Cancellation takes place within 24 hours and at that point I had already paid 100% of the booking amount. Hands off the landlord and be sure to read all reviews at HRS! of the guests present read carefully. 3.3 stars = appealing = rather bad.

We chose Villa Melanie on Rügen for our annual meeting with 8 friends. We had a good time and felt very comfortable. The view, location and the short distances to the coast were unique. We would be happy to come back.

Villa Melanie has several apartments spread over three floors. Each residential unit has access to its own south-facing balcony with a view of the Bay of Sassnitz. The lake promenade can be reached in a few minutes. Everything you need is available in the apartment.

The location is very good! The size of the apartment too! But unfortunately not clean at all!! Urgently needs to be renovated!! Price-performance ratio overpriced! Sassnitz is beautiful but not recommended for children!

We have a nice short vacation here. We liked the terrace best. We were able to look over the old town of Sassnitz to the side of the Baltic Sea.

We had booked apartment 1. The first impression was shocking! And when we looked closer, it got worse and worse! The floor was sticking in many places! There were still crumbs everywhere! The fabric covers on the couch and armchair were dirty! There were still crumbs lying around Hair and fur from the previous tenant on the couch! The blanket and pillows, which were supposed to invite you to relax, were also dirty! The kitchen looked relatively clean at first glance, but upon closer inspection everything was dirty again! The bathroom was very small and you only had the light on the mirror! There was mold in the shower! There were cobwebs hanging on the mirror and hair was lying around again! When I entered the bedroom a spider crawled on me! And we were speechless there too!!! Huge cobwebs! Spiders in the corner! The panels were coming down from the ceiling! The floor was dirty and carelessly laid! The walls in the whole apartment were dirty and some of the plaster was peeling off! The television was dismantled and left there without any function! Thanks to my husband Because he is technically gifted, our son could watch a bit of television! At the beginning we had a nice impression of the landlords, but unfortunately that changed towards the end! We wanted to come to an agreement without a lawyer, but unfortunately there was no response from the landlords! We arrived on Sunday and would have liked to leave straight away that day, but we had to stay there one night and then wanted to sort everything out with the landlords on Monday! We left before 10 a.m. as agreed! Then everything should be sorted out! We did Waited 3 days for answers and then contacted the landlords again! We were told that there was no agreement and that we had to pay the whole price including cleaning! We wanted to talk to the landlords, but they simply hung up on us! We hope that our money will be used to renovate the apartments!!!According to the other guests, the other apartments looked just as dirty and in need of renovation!!!Unfortunately you have to give one star.
