A beautiful holiday apartment. Furnished with great attention to detail. The hosts are also very warm and accommodating. The area is very rural. The cycle paths lead away from the property.Highly recommended for those looking for the Ruhr.

Very accommodating and hospitable. It's clean and tidy. We didn't use the bikes, but that would have been possible. Overall very nice and quiet. We could also use the sauna. Here too, everything was clean and everything you needed was there.

Excellent holiday apartment in a very quiet, secluded area. We were there on New Year's Eve and were extremely impressed. The sauna area in particular is furnished with love and is impressive. Everything clean and well maintained. Just right for lovers of nature and solitude.

We were guests at the bird house last October. We lived in the Schwan apartment with 2 children (5+8 years). We really felt very comfortable. The furnishings of the apartment were modern, super clean and really individual. The children used the bedroom and we slept under the stars in the loft. We didn't use the sauna (no time). But the children were almost always somewhere on the huge property. The hosts Anja and Georg were very accommodating and helpful at any time. When one of the free rental bikes broke down on the way, we were even "rescued" with a trailer.

This year we spent New Year's Eve on the island of Rügen. We stayed in the "Bird House" in Gobbin near Binz and were totally impressed by the property and the holiday apartment. The welcome was very warm and no questions were left unanswered. The mulled wine evening by the fireplace was also nice. Of course we found the sauna to be a welcome luxury. The apartment is spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. Maybe the weather will be a little more favorable on our next vacation in the fall.So dear Anja, dear Georg… the vacation is booked. We're really looking forward to it.

We lived in the Spatz holiday apartment in the Gobbin bird house. A very cozy, spacious and lovingly furnished accommodation. The property is in an idyllic location and was an ideal starting point for our excursions. The whole property appears to be extremely well maintained, sauna, bicycles, etc. are all available. The owners are super accommodating and even provided us with freshly caught fish from a fisherman friend! We'd love to come back.

Very loving and tasteful holiday apartments in an excellent, quiet location, and yet you can quickly cycle to the east coast in the middle of the hustle and bustle or to lonely beaches. Very personal and yet reserved hosts, together with a welcoming, extremely well-kept atmosphere, made our Rügen holiday in the birdhouse a real pleasure.
