You can have a wonderful holiday here, accommodation, service and breakfast are perfect. But the parking problem determines the daily routine, because if you come back late and can't get a parking space because there aren't enough available, it's difficult to get a parking space without parking tickets in Sellin, which is infested with parking bans.

We have been coming to the guesthouse for years and always feel very comfortable there, thanks to Mrs. Reubold and her staff. Rooms great 👍, breakfast as always delicious and lovingly prepared 👌. The proximity to the Baltic Sea is also great.We can and would like to recommend Granitzeck and give him 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A very good little guesthouse centrally located. The entire staff is very friendly and always strives to meet the needs of the guests. We have been here for many years and have noticed that it is becoming increasingly difficult. Some guests think they have booked all inclusive here. But here, in addition to delicious breakfasts with homemade salads, parking spaces are only available based on availability. Since vehicles are getting bigger and bigger, this is becoming an unsolvable problem.

The guesthouse is centrally located. In just a few minutes you can reach Wilhelmstrasse with countless restaurants. At the end of Wilhelmstrasse there is the sky ladder to the pier. The guesthouse is cozy, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room (tea & coffee). The staff is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are very clean and are cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet is varied. (Bread rolls, boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, jam, quark, yogurt...). We were here over Easter. There was even a little chocolate Easter bunny on the table on Easter Sunday.

The hostess is super nice as are the staff.The breakfast is sufficient. The rooms are clean. There is a lot of traffic in front of the door during the day but it is relatively quiet at night. The days here were great but, as always, too short. We will definitely come back.

We received a very friendly welcome from the owner and found a clean room. The staff tries to fulfill your every wish and is friendly at all times. The interaction with children is particularly commendable. Always a smile on your face, you will always be welcomed. The breakfast is very tasty and extensive. It is a bit noisy on the main street at night. But we knew that, since you can get information beforehand, and we had earplugs with us. The price-performance ratio is great. We'd love to come back.

Very nice guesthouse!!! Absolutely neat and clean! Breakfast was lovingly prepared, something for everyone!!! The staff was very nice and friendly 😊 The guesthouse is located on the main street. Quite loud at night but you can sleep well with earplugs :))
