Apartment was good, location super central a few minutes to the beach. But I woke up almost every morning between 4 and 5 a.m. to the smell of fresh rolls/croissants + truck delivery. But I'm sure everyone's sensitivity is different. Any problems with the hot water were taken care of immediately.

Centrally located accommodation a few minutes walk from the beach. A little older, but still fully equipped with a coffee machine (Senseo or filter), oven, dishwasher and everything you need (cleanliness, location, facilities get five stars. There is one star deduction for the lack of an elevator, so we had to take our stroller Had to leave it in the car when we didn't need it.

Very centrally located apartment. Everything can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. Doctor, pharmacy and baker in the house.Everything was clean and equipped with everything you need.We'd love to come back.

Very nice house, close to the beach and yet centrally located. It has the charm of the typical Baltic Sea houses. I've been coming here on vacation for over 10 years and I'm still a big fan of the house. Friendly housekeepers - everything is clean - requests are taken into account (you should just talk to the ladies personally! :) ) I've never had a problem with the beds/mattresses here.Price-performance ratio - top +++The bread roll service from the bakery in the house is great!! Pharmacy and in-house doctor have advantages ;)In the evening, a nightcap in the wine shop downstairs and the holiday is perfect.Highly recommended - I'll definitely come back here!

Very good location, but still potential for improvement. We have an attic apartment and it is very warm here, even though it was only between 20° and 26° outside. There is a free sauna in the stairwell due to the glass roof. I was able to repair the WiFi myself. The positive thing is that there is a bakery, a pharmacy and a doctor in the house and, as already mentioned above, the good central location close to the beach. We were also unlucky that a sidewalk was being replaced during our vacation, which meant we had a wake-up service at half past six.

I have already spent three wonderful holidays at Haus Undine and would love to come back next year. A charming, large spa-style house awaits you with a bakery, an on-site pharmacy and shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartments are well maintained, clean and spacious, the kitchen is modern and well equipped.The staff is friendly and accommodating anywayEvery now and then I also visited the wine bar under the house (great tarte flambée) or one of the fish restaurants opposite.You can also get to the beach quickly, and hikes can also be started from the house in autumn. (For colder seasons there is also underfloor heating in the Undine house).See you next year Undine! We'll meet Again.

We were there on vacation last year. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this house. It was very dirty, the sofa and the pillows smelled very strongly, so sleeping on it was impossible. There was no caretaker or contact person available. I cleaned the bathroom myself. You could see the leftovers from the tenants and the shower was full of dirt. The kettle doesn't work either

We were here for the second time and we are thrilled. Nice staff and a great bakery service. A very nice balcony, it is more comfortable and interesting here than in any outdoor restaurant, as you have an overview of the entire street. We will be very happy to come back.

Unfortunately I can only give 3☆ for apartment 35. The accommodation is getting a bit old. The brown tiled floor is not that great, the apartment would have had a different type (color choice). We quickly managed to make it seem much more comfortable with a few small accessories that we brought with us. The amount of dishes is very modest for 3 people. This is only enough to a limited extent, as you constantly have to wash up. The dishwasher is a bit too big for this and therefore cannot be used. Finally, a big compliment to the property management (Mönchguter Zimmervaktion), the handover and all other formalities went smoothly again.

Outdated holiday apartment, mediocre furnishings, with a well-located bed. For max. 6 people, but 4 of them have to sleep on the couches! Cheap rental price and pleasant rental agency, cleanliness was okay for me, my wife was disgusted by the black hair in the unmade bed and the light, short dog hair in the living room.
