We had 10 great days at Gutshof Dubnitz. The property is simply a dream. The equipment in the kitchen was very poor and I would have been happy with a bath mat or garbage bag. When you go on vacation with children, you don't really think about such banal things. The list we received the day before arrival was rather puny. The apartment was tidy but upon closer inspection it wasn't clean. Lots of cobwebs, dusty shelves and the carpet was a bit dirty. Since it is a very old house, the walls are very thin and could use a few brush strokes in one place or another. But the basics worked great :)The beautiful garden invites you to linger or play together and the location is really great. It's very central and you can get anywhere quickly.

We had a very nice stay over New Year's Eve. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. It was very quiet, so we could relax wonderfully. The owner welcomed us personally and was always available to answer any questions. The surrounding area is beautiful and it is only a stone's throw to Sassnitz and the Jasmund National Park. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the great time!

The apartment was clean, the drain in the bathroom stank extremely, the dishwasher didn't clean the dishes even after 2 washes, the light in the bathroom was broken, the baseboard fell over every time I opened the dishwasher. Kitchen not really set up for cooking (3 pans - not usable)... Drain in the bathroom sink drained very slowly.Otherwise the apartment and the location are ok.

We spent a few years of our youth here (1942 to 1951) and after 68 years we had very pleasant holidays in the manor house. The quiet location, beautiful landscape and friendly hosts will remain in our fond memories. It was an experience.

This summer we were guests at the “Gutshof Dubnitz” for a week. It is a wonderful place for people and especially families looking for peace and relaxation.The open courtyard is centrally located between Sassnitz and Prora, so both places can be reached quickly.The nearby main road cannot be felt.The charm of the "old" building has been retained despite the extensive repairs.The holiday apartments are well equipped.The climate in the top floor apartment was bearable despite the record summer.If you had any questions or minor problems, the landlords were immediately available and very helpful.Can be recommended with a clear conscience!

This estate is in a fantastically beautiful, quiet and yet central location, from which you can reach the beach and the city of Sassnitz in a flash. Shopping opportunities are also very close. The property itself makes you jealous. The house has been lovingly restored and features charming details. The area, which can be used by all guests, is tastefully and nostalgically furnished and decorated. Here you really feel like you are at home. This is also due to the extremely nice and uncomplicated Reuter family, who run the house in a family-like and professional manner. They are available to answer any problem at any time and also have a nice chat. They are immediately available if you ever need help. The outside area is amazing: large, well-kept, the trees are beautiful. Everything can be used by guests. Our children had space to crawl, run and play. The spacious holiday apartment itself was nicely and functionally furnished. There was actually nothing missing that was needed for all daily tasks in the kitchen. Only a bathtub for cooler days would have been great :) The house is absolutely quiet. In some cases almost all of the apartments were occupied, you only noticed it in the parking lot. Amazing and fortunate, because we were there with two 1.5 year old children who had just learned to walk :) They were of course particularly enthusiastic about the cats and dogs that belong to the property and are very sweet and trusting. A nice plus for families with children. An all-round successful holiday in a beautiful place. We'll definitely come back again! thank you for everything.P.S. Anyone who sews and likes beautiful fabrics should definitely visit Ms. Reuter's lovingly furnished fabric and textiles shop just around the corner, who provides competent and friendly advice and even offers a 5% discount for house guests. But bring some time: the selection is very large.

Holidays or holidays in the middle of the absolute idyll!The Reuter family runs the estate and country guesthouse with horseback riding in a professional and relaxed manner. In the estate, a superbly renovated and beautifully developed old farmhouse with a hallway, there are upscale apartments in which nothing is missing. You can either have breakfast in the country guesthouse for little money or use the "bread roll service" - early in the morning the pre-ordered baked goods are hanging in a bag on the door. Class :-)A few bleating sheep and cute dogs cavort around in the large outdoor area amidst a lot of children's toys. Beach chairs on the lawn and barbecue materials invite you to spend a day just staying here and not wandering around the island. The friendly and personable hosts are always in the middle of everything and take care of all your wishes in an unbureaucratic manner.All around are the beautiful, not so crowded Sassnitz, Prora and Binz. It takes less than 5 minutes by car to get to the beautiful sandy beaches.As a couple with a 14-year-old and a 2-year-old daughter, we had a great time and would love to come back to this beautiful corner of Rügen.

Excellent...very nice building...top accommodations...sports hall with a few machines and a badminton field, two table tennis tables and table football for free. Coin-operated billiards.
