This guesthouse is privately run by an extremely warm hostess with heart and passion. You really feel welcome here. The extremely rich breakfast offered is second to none. Relaxation is fun here and we would love to come back.

There was a super varied breakfast every day. Every request was responded to immediately. The landlady is simply great and extremely helpful. The house itself is on a quiet side street. Each room has pleasant seating in the garden.You feel in good hands in this house.

Very cozy and lovingly furnished accommodation with an outdoor area, bicycle garage and common room. A very friendly and lovely hostess. Accommodation very suitable for dog owners. We felt very comfortable.😀 We especially looked forward to the individual breakfast every morning.😉Thank you for the hospitality 🤗

We were in Putbus over a period of 4 days and booked the accommodation through a reputable platform.In summary you can say: SIMPLY GREAT!The room was very clean and equipped with a split air conditioning system that both heats and cools. The bathroom was also very clean and more than sufficient for us.Breakfast was a new sensation every morning. Our “host” prepared breakfast every morning with a lot of love and creativity, leaving no wish unfulfilled. If you wanted to have breakfast a little earlier - no problem. We could also have made some plans for the trip on our departure day.We will come back here - just great - maybe next time with a visit to the painting course (the pictures were all very beautiful).

Very nice hosts, very clean room with cozy furnishings. The breakfast room is furnished with attention to detail and the breakfast is an absolute blast. Lovingly and variedly prepared with a breakfast egg painted daily by the hostess. I felt very comfortable and would like to come back. Thanks again and see you next year. Stay healthy.

Alte Schmiede is a guesthouse with neat rooms and a nice bathroom. In addition, each room has a seating area, table with 2 chairs in front of the room in the garden. Breakfast is really fantastic, anything you want to eat, just ask and it is there, everything fresh and.... very good coffee!!! Beautiful garden and a shed to store the bicycles. Very friendly hostess!! Recommended!!!!

Very lovingly furnished rooms, very clean. Breakfast also very loving and varied. A place to feel good. There is a train station nearby, a savings bank and even the Netto is open on Sundays, but you have to drive a bit to get to the beach.

Very nice little accommodation.Totally familiar and cozy.Every morning there is a painted breakfast egg upon request.In hot weather, the air conditioning is of course perfect for a restful sleep.We are happy to recommend this accommodation.

Very nice little guesthouse with nice rooms and good breakfast. In the morning you are greeted by Ruby, the boarding dog who is always in a good mood, breakfast is lovingly prepared and guests with dogs are welcome! Among other things, you can reach the small harbor of Lauterbach with a short walk from Putbus. There are some restaurants here and this is also the starting point for boat trips across the Bodden. We recovered well and would love to come back!

We stayed here for 5 nights, the room was sweetly furnished, the terrace in front of it was great and the breakfast was lovingly prepared. We felt very comfortable and will recommend this house or visit it again when we are on Rügen. Many thanks to the hosts :)
