The villa is located in the middle of town, about 600 m from the beach, the view from the balcony is not the best - you look at the villa's parking lot.But it is very quiet and you are woken up by the sun in the morning.Our holiday apartment was very clean, tastefully and functionally furnished, we felt very comfortable here and would come again.

Newer apartment house located at the upper part of the shopping street. Generously proportioned units with balconies. All rooms are modernly furnished and have extra wide, wheelchair-accessible doors. Unfortunately, we were missing a few additional handles in the shower and toilet area for my disabled mother.

Wonderfully equipped apartment with two balconies. Our bedrooms faced the courtyard and part of the courtyard, which we liked. Uncomplicated booking process in advance. Key handover went smoothly (just to be on the safe side, I called the manager a day in advance to make sure our room was available upon arrival at 3:30 p.m.). Top location not far from the beach, narrow-gauge railway, restaurants and walking paths. We were able to explore everything on foot. We borrowed a buggy for our toddler from Tilly's (this rental is only a three-minute walk away) but there is also a bike rental right in the house. The villa is barrier-free and the bathroom is correspondingly spacious. Tourist information and supermarket less than two minutes walk away. Tip: find out about the benefits of the spa card (e.g. free use of public transport and the Weißer Flotte) and take the helpful Göhren flyer with you. Using the inclined elevator on our way back from the beach was wonderfully helpful.

The apartment itself is well furnished and everything works.However, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There were bags of chips under the mattress from the previous owner, the fridge was dirty and the previous dog had forgotten a chewing bone in the bed. When I asked to take a look at it, the landlord said it wasn't a basic cleaning. I find it very tasteless. So conclusion: price-performance ratio is not okay. We won't book here a second time.

Very good location, city center. Modern holiday apartment, high-quality furnishings.Bicycle rental in the house. Pubs nearby. Shopping options too. Very good baker, you can already smell it at night when he puts the rolls in the oven.If you want, you can leave the car behind. High-quality coin-operated washing machine available. Parking space for the apartment too. Included with the apartment.

Very nice H + P residence. Top equipment in the apartments with a fireplace and sauna in each apartment. Very generously proportioned, wide doors. Elevator available. Everything is very modern and extremely well maintained. Given the facilities and location as well as the private parking spaces, the price-performance ratio is okay.

Simply great :) the house makes a really beautiful impression! Parking spaces, washing machine, dryer (for a small thaler :) ), everything is available here! The staircase and apartments are very modern and well maintained! Whether shopping, baking or bringing souvenirs for loved ones at home, Villa ostsee is right next to the action :) the best, now even with bike rental and fishing supplies... Perfect, everything is taken care of and we can simply use our bikes at home on our next vacation let :)

Large apartment No. 6 - lots of space - 2 bedrooms with TV + living room with TV and 2 balconies. There is a parking space at the house for your car. All shops within walking distance. The north beach is 10 minutes away - easily accessible on foot.

Very clean and high quality appliances in the kitchen. The location is good for easy access to everything. We would book here again without hesitation.Negative: The WiFi keeps dropping out. But we didn't ask the caretaker about it because we didn't need it.The ice cream parlor's cooling unit is under the terrace and constantly starts. It was sometimes disturbing.
