It's very clean and the staff is nice. But it's overpriced for what it offers, which is a few nights sleep. And it was not a good sleep either. The bed mattress is not good, the pillows are awful, there's zero soundproofing so you will hear the neighbours laugh, cough, snore, or anything else, at all hours of night.

We arrived at 18h30 and there was nobody to help us. We walked around and the whole place was empty. There was no information in the email, no messages. We tried calling but there was no answer.There were two keys on apartments so we assumed that they were ours, but were surprised that it was so unclear.The next day in the afternoon a lady phoned us and started screaming at us for taking the wrong rooms and saying that we shouldn't have done that. She was on vacation.One word: crazy. How can you blame guests for your sloppy processes?

The room felt nice, bed slept well, the small refridgerator was such a plus, place was clean, bathroom dito, nothing to comment on really, and would very much recommend. Location's great if you feel like strolling the Jasmund National Park, or take a bus to one of the other seeside towns. Also very sweet owner - was quite passionate in helping and telling me about the island. Had a really nice stay.

Great small Pension in a quiet Sassnitz Street in the middle of the Town. Nice parking possibilities, nice rooms and friendly owner.

We were lucky that someone canceled - that meant we got a really great suit. Everything is sparkling clean and in the best condition. The owner was very nice and helpful - gave us great tips on what was worth seeing and should definitely see. We were able to park for free in the courtyard. Right next door was a great breakfast cafe (recommended to us by the owner) with the best breakfast - crispy fresh rolls, sausage and cheese, eggs and a friendly and friendly owner. We would go there again at any time 👍🤗

A real insider tip on Rügen!We are really impressed by the facilities and the ambience. The rather inconspicuous appearance turned out to be a great holiday apartment with great access to the water and the chalk cliffs. We were particularly impressed by the friendly, courteous and flexible owner of the guesthouse! We will definitely come back!
