Let's start with the beautiful and idyllic furnishings, very descriptive and appropriate to the location. The outside area is beautifully decorated with lots of beautiful flowers!! In any case, there is a relaxed and pleasant atmosphereThe rooms are nicely decorated and you can't complain about the comfort!The service is perfect! Very nicely prepared food that feels good in your stomach. I've never eaten anything like this beforeThe location is also very quiet and pleasant so perfect

Stopped in for dinner today. Everyone was happy and content in this beautifully planted beer garden. There were also little things to eat for the children.The prices are right, as is the quality of the food.Always my pleasure. Thanks to the great host.

We travel a lot in Germany for work purposes, we always go to Olaf's when we can. I don't know of any other host who puts in as much effort as Olaf. He always responds to all requests and questions, it's always fun to enjoy a few Apolda beers in his beer garden, we don't actually need to talk about the food, it's always A+ with an asterisk². You can relax there very well and enjoy the peace and quiet. It's a shame that Olaf has so little support from the village, he more than deserves it! Olaf simply lives the whole cooking/gastronomy life and that shows 100%. We will continue to support him 100%, such people must not go bankrupt!

Friendly innkeeper! But first ask about the price of the beer in the beer garden. Beer that is too warm and hardly carbonated for an unbeatable €4.50. For less money you can get more and better quality in the area.

The restaurant and hotel is run by a great person with a lot of passion, Olaf responds to requests easily and immediately! The beer garden is beautifully designed and invites you to linger in the evening! Good regional beer, already cold and fresh, complete the masterful and delicious food, which is prepared in a highly professional manner! Thank you for a beautiful piece of home!

Unrivaled and always a pleasure to be here. I'm the happiest Bavarian in all of Thuringia when I'm with Olaf "zur Tanne". Delicious regional food at the highest level and a family and friendly atmosphere make every stay a little vacation. Only recommended!!!

A great inn, Olaf the innkeeper takes great care of his guests, the food is the finest, we only do all our celebrations with him. Because of Corona he also offers catering. Anyone who visits Dachwig should stop by.

My best friend celebrated her youth consecration there and it was very nice. The buffet was very tasty and plentiful. Drinks were okay. It was a lovely evening that will remain unforgettable.
