I went there this may for my 3 year anniversary with boyfriend, I had a wonderful time. We booked in advance our treatments, and chose the breakfast option, not the half pension. …

My friend and I spent 2 nights in this hotel: as part of a wellnessweekend. Warm welcome at the reception and surprised about our room. …

This hotel is found on one of the most breathtaking forests I've been to. The place, Bad Tabarz, is so wild; there were Squirrels everywhere.||||The staff saved my day. …

Nice staff and the room 111 has a lot of space. Restaurant has excellent food, specially for meat tasters. Breakfast has the standard of a 4 stars hotel. The swimming pool could be warmer, but sauna was fine around 85°C

This is a quaint rather old hotel, but the rooms with a view are wonderful, the front desk and service people in hotel and restaurant are not only polite and friendly but competent. The beds are comfortable, breakfast buffet is amazing and the food in the restaurant deserves at least one Michelin star. I will be back soon.

We had booked 3 double rooms with breakfast and stayed in the hotel for 4 nights with our son and his family. We can't say anything negative about the hotel. The breakfast was varied, the staff was always active, it was cleared away immediately and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, fridge was available and the pool was great. Our grandchildren had a lot of fun in the pool, the water temperature wasn't too cold. If desired, the room can be cleaned daily, but this is not necessary, but everyone can do it on their own with the appropriate oneSignal signs on the door. Dinner was buffet style, but we didn't take advantage of it since we were always on the go anyway. All in all we felt very comfortable. The Schmidt family from Neubrandenburg and Köngen

We have vacationed in the former Frauenberg before. The hotel has a new owner. We felt very comfortable again. The breakfast is very rich, (cereal, sweet and savory, sausage, cheese and always fresh fruit) the dinner is offered as a buffet, various meat dishes and side dishes, fish or vegetarian, sausage and cheese, salad bar. We had a very nice and large room. The staff deserves extra points, everyone was always very friendly and attentive. Thank you for that. We would love to come back 👍😀

We recently visited this hotel. It was a bit difficult to find because it had changed its name and the old name could still be read. The room wasn't bad, but unfortunately there were no curtains of any kind on the windows - there were only blackout curtains, which meant either dark or pure sunshine. The food was tooso-so. The breakfast definitely needs to be worked on (the service staff) and a little more variety wouldn't be bad.The dinner wasn't freshly prepared either, only frozen. The staff, with the exception of the young waiter, always made a great effort and were nice and friendly. I would also have liked the pool to be a few degrees warmer.

2 stars are still flattering. We stayed in the hotel for 5 days. The room wasn't cleaned once due to lack of staff. The breakfast buffet was constantly empty. Everything was missing. The evening buffet was a little bit better. There were 2-3 meals to choose from if you got to the restaurant early enough. You can't run a hotel like that. I blame this exclusively on the management of the Wagner Group!
