Unfortunately, the beautiful room cannot make up for the negative events. We booked for 3 nights without breakfast. When entering, you were asked to take off your shoes. You can live with that. But it was strange that no room was made on the second day. Things got really tough on the day of departure. A price was quoted here that was 8 euros higher than the online prices. A procedure that is incomprehensible to me and which apparently, according to other reviews, has happened several times.

So. There is no more cheek from the owner. I arrived too late because my train was unforeseeably late by an hour. When I opened the door, I was immediately attacked in a vicious and snappy manner, asking me why I was late and that her card had now expired for a party. Instead of understanding that I didn't get anything for the delay and apologizing, she continued to snap at me and tell me to be understanding. She also admitted that she wanted to deny me entry due to this delay and the expired tickets.Preferably 0 stars. I will never come here again.

Unfortunately very disappointing. When we arrived, we were paid cash directly at the entrance with our suitcases in hand. The room was not clean. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and the shelf under the mirror was full of liquid stains that didn't all just look like water... On the day of departure we were told that we had to be out by 10 a.m. at the latest. Quote: "Even 10 would actually be too late..." At that time (8:30) we were on the way out for breakfast and when we talked about the departure time we were asked why we wouldn't take our luggage with us straight away. We were there for two nights and it was NOT cleaned in between. Very unfriendly and not worth the money.
