the deluxe room is a bit cramped, enough for a rest, the bathroom runs hot and cold smoothly, clean, the crew is friendly, the breakfast is reasonable, the spices taste like Java, there is a prayer room, quite close to the city, not enough parking.

First time staying here, actually wanted to stay at another hotel but because it turns out there is one here, give it a try. Reservations are easy and serviced well and the process is fast at 20.30.When I first got room 130, when I entered I immediately smelled the smell of cigarettes, because my child had an allergy, I asked for an alternative move and I got room 137, which smelled better and I took it. Because I needed to go out first so I didn't try to test the AC etc. Back to the hotel around 10pm. Turn on the AC and start cleaning your body. For more than 1 hour the room didn't get cold. Finally, check that the AC spray is not very cold, like it doesn't have enough freon. Even though it is turned on in powerful mode, it is still not cold enough, the cold level is very low. Because the child will have difficulty sleeping in a condition like this, report it immediately so that you can get a solution. It turned out that the technician was not on standby and at Odaita's level, whose room price was 480 thousand at night, there was only one receptionist and several security guards left. There are no technicians and housekeeping. Finally the receptionist offered to move to one level above but to a twin room type. Because we brought a small child aged 4 years, it would be difficult if we used a twin. We asked to just repair the AC by adding freon and this wasn't possible because the technician had already gone home. Wanting to move doesn't feel like a solution because the beds are separate even though the AC is much cooler. Try calling the manager, he doesn't pick up, maybe he's asleep and not ready to call because it's around 00.30 WIB. Finally gave up with the conditions as they were with a feeling of disappointment because I had just come from a trip out of town with a child who had trouble sleeping and had a bad impression at the Odaita Hotel with conditions like the one above...One thing we felt at night was DISAPPOINTED... Because we didn't get a solution... In the end, we were still the hotel manager so that we could read it immediately and provide solution directions to the existing hotel staff.Thank God, after a night of difficulty sleeping, I myself was only able to close my eyes at around 3 o'clock, while our child was fussy until 1 o'clock and even in the middle of sleep, he sometimes woke up because he was uncomfortable. And finally at around 6 am the manager read the WA and immediately provided solution directions. The room was moved to a better one even though previously there were no infections at night and apparently someone checked out in the morning... (Yes, that's right) and we asked for compensation so we could be a bit more relaxed about checking out because we were worried that we needed to rest and thank God it was true that we were in the room so we could slept until 11 o'clock and we were also given some compensation, given free fruit salad in the room, breakfast was replaced with lunch because at breakfast we couldn't afford to go to the restaurant because we were sleepy and we were also given access to the swimming pool, even though we weren't interested in this one and there wasn't any when I use it because I have an agenda outside...Conclusion: the facilities at this hotel are good and comfortable. The location is decent even though it's on the edge of town. We had an uncomfortable experience at the beginning but it was corrected well by the hotel manager. Hopefully the same problem doesn't happen next time because the hotel is already good in terms of facilities, it would be a shame if it was disturbed because of a small problem that is very vital, namely air conditioning and room freshness. Initially I gave a 1 star review and after correcting it we corrected it to 4 stars
