The location is perfect, close to everything, right next to the beach, most importantly. A big minus is that the rooms are on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, so older people, for example, have no chance of getting in here, but I can't do it alone on the last leg. The restaurant is located next door, the food is typical home-cooked two-course dinners, very good, but... it's not a buffet, so if you get something you don't like, you're out of luck. Swedish buffet breakfast you won't leave hungry. It's a pity because we were counting on a "Swede". You have to look for a parking lot on your own, there is one nearby for PLN 60 per day, of course, if there is a place.

Very good location, close to the sea, shops and promenade. The gentlemen from the reception were very nice, polite, friendly, nice, helpful, no complaints. The room equipment in relation to the price was below expectations. Lack of basic hygiene products, only liquid hand soap, probably diluted with water. The room was clean, but the towels were not clean of stains. No hairdryer, fridge or working cable TV. No waste bin except for the small bathroom one. As for the Sunday breakfast, it was a plus. Large selection of food.

Massacre! No hot water, the gentleman was supposed to call me back and solve the problem, but in the morning he just texted me saying he was very sorry. The lady knocks on the room at 9 a.m. and asks when we are going to leave the room. We made sure at breakfast whether there would be scrambled eggs, there was supposed to be - at breakfast we found out that it was only available on Sunday 😂. It is not worth paying almost PLN 500 per night for 2 people for such conditions.

A room on the fourth floor without an elevator is not for people my age. The lack of a refrigerator in the room, especially in summer, is a big minus. I could only look at the TV, but it was impossible to watch programs during the entire week of my stay. I rate the breakfast positively, although it lacks variety. I was maybe counting on coffee from an espresso machine and some dessert, but I could always look for something in the city. Dinner, or rather lunch, is a very poor meal, which does not even compare to the lunches served in canteens from the times of the Polish People's Republic. The greatest advantage of the facility is its location close to the sea and the promenade and at the same time a quiet place surrounded by greenery.

Terrible service, the facility is not suitable for the elderly and people with mobility limitations. Home-cooked meals with no flair. No desserts or fruit. Soup served in a tureen, often a leftover that has not been eaten at another table. Towels not washed and not replaced. After 4 days you cannot request a replacement of towels. Outside the location MASKRA!!!

We wanted to spend a few nice days. We booked a king-size bed that was more expensive. We got a small room with two single beds. We asked again if we could get another room. But we should just push the beds together...But in general it is okay furnished and reasonably clean. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. It's kept simple, which is okay. But unfortunately the rolls were like rubber and the eggs were cooked dark blue.A pity.Definitely not appropriate for the overall price. There is also no dedicated parking space.Unfortunately there is no small fridge either. Would be great for the summer. The only thing that convinces is the location.

Lack of information. We had a reservation with dinner on the day of entry included. When we arrive to check in (3:45 p.m.) they tell us that the supposed dinner is until 5:30 p.m. That was not reported by email. We went up to the room, 2 single beds together. At the time of booking a large bed was requested and in theory they confirmed that they would give us one. Well, around 4:45 p.m. we went down to the restaurant for “dinner” (remember that dinner was supposedly until 5:30 p.m.) we said hello, we got no response, we sat down, the waitress saw us and ignored us. Nobody told us anything, nobody helped us in a foreign country. So after 10 minutes we got up and left. Breakfast, also included, they tell us it starts at 9:00, we go down at 8:50, there is hardly any bread and food, the dining room is full, another disappointment. Check out until 10:00, at 9:45 they knock on the door and ask us how much longer it will take us to leave the room. We went down to reception and evidently complained about the unobtained dinner from yesterday. The receptionist doesn't know what to answer, he nervously writes it down on a piece of paper and tells us that he will forward it to management, without any further solutions. In short, a disaster, I do not recommend it. Incompetent and unfriendly staff, lack of information. A shame.

Danger! This "hotel" is very different from a normal hotel, it is more like a 5 floor apartment with no elevator.1. Even though we let them know again after booking that we were coming with a child, we got a room on the 4th floor, it was total madness every time we had to drag everything up.2. The room wasn't cleaned or towels changed for a whole week. A horror right on the beach, everything full of sand.3. Not enough seats for breakfast, you have to wait for a seat. After that, good luck getting something good 🤣4. Safety concerns, socket right in bed, very bad for children. The water pipe opened once and we almost had water damage. The shower faucet can fly into your face with a holder like this, which is very bad with a child.Unfortunately, the reception is completely unqualified and only gave us a telephone number, which didn't help either.I hope the “hotel” improves a few things and sees this as constructive feedback.
