Very centrally located... you can easily reach the train station, the center and the promenade on foot. The room was clean, the bed I have to say was really, really comfortable. What I also thought was great is the communal kitchen.The only thing I found a bit unfortunate was that there was no comfortable seating in the garden. So it was a bit stupid to just stand on the street if you wanted to have a smoke. Since there was no balcony, I would have liked to sit in the garden in the evening with a glass of wine.But all in all, we would stay there again at any time.

Positive:Very nice contact, great communication.Parking space on the fenced property.Beach within walking distance (approx. 10 minutes walk).Promenade also about 10 minutes away on foot.Shopping nearby.Negative:The apartment is advertised with its own kitchen. However, we found a communal kitchen that three rooms had to share.The room for 3 people is also quite small! No table/chairs in the room (e.g. to play a board game).The cleanliness of the bathroom could be worked on; Clear, black traces of mold visible in the joints!In addition, the bathroom doesn't offer much space.We were told on the first day that bed linen for the child would be handed in, which unfortunately didn't happen.Conclusion:If you only use the room for overnight stays, can spend a lot of time outdoors and don't have high expectations, it's ok.Unfortunately, it seems completely unsuitable to me for an indoor holiday in, for example, bad weather.
