Pearl of the Baltic Sea – Świnoujście: disappointment with the serviceStaying at the Perła Bałtyku hotel had its pros and cons. The location is great, close to the beach and promenade. The rooms were clean and functional. Unfortunately, our experience was greatly distorted by the behavior of some of the staff, especially the waitresses working in the hotel restaurant. From the very beginning we noticed that the staff seemed more interested in serving German guests. During breakfast, the waitresses first cleared the tables after the Germans and only then took care of the Poles. It was very visible and unpleasant. The most shocking situation occurred on the penultimate day of our stay. Sitting at an empty table for 6 people, we started eating breakfast. At some point, German guests joined us. Suddenly, a waitress approached us and informed us that each room had a specific table assigned to it. She firmly and quite unpleasantly demanded that we immediately change our seats during the meal, moving to a table where someone was already sitting. We didn't understand this request at all, especially since our table was empty. What's more, it turned out that we weren't the only ones who had this situation. Another Polish couple, sitting at the next table, was also asked to change their seats. It is worth adding that two years ago we were in the neighboring Elpak hotel and did not experience similar treatment, even though there were also German guests there. Our friends who also visited the Pearl of the Baltic Sea earlier confirmed that they had similar unpleasant experiences with the service. After reporting the problem at the reception, unfortunately we did not receive any response. We were not even apologized for the situation. We are very sorry that our holiday was so spoiled. We were hoping for a relaxing stay, but instead we felt like second-class customers.

Hotel in a quiet area right next to the Spa Park. Quite close to the sea, approx. 400m. Service that takes care of cleanliness. Large rooms with spacious balconies. A large swimming pool with warm water. The only drawback of the swimming pool is its availability for regular hotel guests from 5 p.m. Tasty and varied breakfasts. I recommend this hotel even though it could be a little cheaper.

I highly recommend this facility, clean rooms, delicious food, compliments to the chef and always helpful staff. Complete sense of security. Monitored parking included in the price, very close to the sea. It's a pity to leave. Thank you for the nice welcome and stay :)

It has everything you need for a short stay. It's a shame that the shower next to the sauna didn't work, as did the steam bath, there is no relaxation area after the sauna. The breakfast is sufficient, the staff friendly. Bicycles can be rented at a very reasonable price.

This is a sanatorium. It has a swimming pool and treatments: fango, massage, lamps, laser, inhalations, ultrasounds, interdynamic, magnetronic. Rich buffet twice a day.

Today's conversation with the receptionist (I don't know who answered the phone), but after a few of my questions, the overbearing person told me what she knew and hung up the call halfway through my sentence. She didn't answer or rejected calls. I couldn't call again. I will not allow such treatment and I will report it wherever necessary. People who are not suitable for contact with patients should not work there. You are definitely one of those people.

Modernly furnished 3 star hotel with good service. The hotel is not far from the promenade (approx. 300m)The buffet in the morning and evening is rich. The water pressure on the 6th floor is not very great. We had the problem in the morning that there was no water for about half an hour.Something that bothered us was that as a couple you couldn't sit separately and were placed at a table for 4 or 6. Not a problem with nice people, but with other people, oh well.
