From the beginning of our journey to Swinoujscie, the host made sure we arrive safely and helped us with the transport.My grandma said that if you go to Swinoujscie, then definitely this place must be visited because of the location, facilities and warm welcoming couple with great attitude and incredible hospitality with things to do around there & made our visit like at home.Clean & well organised rooms, free bikes and facilities for self dine in and the beach essentials! I am forever grateful for the opportunity to stay in Villa Reda as I seen the most wonderful part of Swinoujscie near the German Border with great Value !! We felt welcomed & understood by the amazing couple that hosted us🔥always willing to share & help 🔥

The willa is run by a lovely and welcoming couple. They made sure we felt right at home and gave us recommendations what to see in the city and umbrella since it was raining. The place itself is clean and well maintained. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Great value and experience, thank you!

Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with several important issues: 1. Arriving at the property is almost stressful due to the owner's excessive monitoring of the condition of the car. Her allergic reactions to even the smallest traces of operating fluids make us feel uncomfortable and insecure; 2. Restrictions on children's behavior in the room are disproportionate to the standards expected in this type of facilities. The inability to play freely inside leads to frustration for both children and their caregivers. 3. The rental bikes are in a moribund condition, which poses a serious threat to health and life. The owner should be more concerned about the condition of the equipment available to guests, especially when it comes to elements related to their safety, e.g. brakes or tires. 4. A pedantic attitude towards waste segregation may be burdensome for some guests, especially when they are expected to be excessively involved in this process. 5. Strict adherence to room departure times on the day of departure (almost to the minute) may make some guests feel restricted and uncomfortable. Flexibility in this regard would be welcome. On the plus side, the owner is happy to provide information about tourist attractions in the area.

I definitely recommend the best place to relax in Świnoujście! Low prices, the building looks beautiful, clean and aesthetic. A very nice owner who will be happy to help with everything. We received a map with everything written down and how. There are screens and deckchairs available on the beach. Bicycles are a big plus, I rode them everywhere, no public transport was needed. Close to the beach, promenade and shops.The room has a kettle, fridge, coffee machine and hair dryer.Warm regards to the owners, I will definitely come back!!!

With a clear conscience, I recommend staying in this place, the estate is quiet and peaceful, the living conditions are very good, the rooms are clean, there is a very well-equipped kitchenette, the possibility of using bicycles and trips around the area, as well as traveling abroad to Germany. The owner is helpful, informing about the advantages of the area and, what surprised me, there is an information corner with a lot of information in the form of folders, as well as information about transport and gastronomy places. , and many others.

A very nice owner who will be happy to answer questions and point out places worth seeing, the rooms are spacious, kept perfectly clean, comfortable beds, and access to a well-equipped kitchen 👌 the location of the house is perfect, beautiful surroundings, close to the border crossing, close to beach, promenade, bus stops and bicycle paths nearby.We highly recommend this great place for a great holiday in a nice atmospheric place. A really great guesthouse, for little money you can stay very well and cleanly near the beach. There is also a private bathroom. Everything was very well maintained and newly renovated. Gladly again and again.Bicycles and beach items are even provided free of charge, if you want to have breakfast with a rich buffet you can have breakfast not 100m away in the neighboring hotel for 30zl per person :)The couple gave us a very friendly and familiar welcome in their house, they gave us a few insider tips on where to eat cheaply, etc.Kind regards to the friendly couple :)It was nice with you!

Coming back from a holiday abroad, we decided to go to the Polish seaside for two days. We accidentally chose accommodation in Willa Reda and were positively surprised. We were welcomed by a very nice hostess who, in the first conversation, told us what we should see and what we should avoid. We received a tourist map of the city with the best and cheapest restaurants marked on it. Checking into the room went without any problems. We saw modest but very clean rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. In the yard, all guests have at their disposal such things as: bicycles, tools and a bicycle pump, blankets, screens, deckchairs, etc., i.e. things for which you have to pay a lot in rental shops by the beach. The guesthouse also has other amenities, e.g. tables with a gazebo in the yard, a gazebo for storing your bicycles, a corner with books and guides to the area, and well-functioning WI-Fi.I recommend anyone going to Świnoujście to use a taxi from the "taxi drivers' association". For a ride to the best restaurant "Promenada", we will pay PLN 18 regardless of the time.
