Due to a total breakdown of our car and no success with a rental car, we asked for accommodation. We stood there helpless, in the rain, completely soaked and didn't know where to go that night. The answer was “no, when the dogs are wet they stink”. We didn't get a room. We have often been guests of the previous owners with dogs and everything was fine there. If I look at some of the reviews here, then the "stench" of the dogs probably wouldn't have played a role anymore!

We felt really comfortable here. We are glad that we came here due to overbooking at another hotel and were given a very friendly welcome.Since you can't find this hotel in the well-known portals and only tel. According to the homepage, we couldn't have found any inquiries. The hotel is located in the old town, a few minutes' walk to the castle island or the Peene Bridge...We had a nice and quiet room with a large bathroom, accessible via a wide staircase. If you want to admire the old architecture, this historic house is the right place for you.Very friendly host.Something for wine connoisseurs. We will be back.Parking nearby. No elevator in this historic building.

We were taken there due to a rebooking. We went back out and looked for another room. Stink in the rooms, small double room, unfriendly "host" who practically threw us out after complaining about the room. The dark entrance area looks more like a basement milllieu... Never again!!!

Very dissatisfied with this accommodation. Dirty, outdated furniture, sagging mattresses where you can feel the springs and hear them squeak - strange, musty smell in the hallways and rooms. For something like that, asking €60 for a double room in the main room without breakfast even though it's advertised on the internet for €50 - just audacious and even that would be paying too much. There isn't much on Corona there either - neither masks nor disinfectants. From the way the shower looked, cleanliness and cleaning were not a priority. The only nice thing was the location...

Even the reception was strange. No instructions on how to check in. Only after a call did a slightly confused gentleman come and text us with random times. Nothing understood. The single room (there were three of us) was horror - and I travel a lot. Musty, everything full of cobwebs, shower moldy, mattress and bedding ancient, as well as all the furniture. Polaroid TV from the 80s that hummed incredibly loudly, which the “host” didn’t care about. During breakfast I was harassed non-stop about payment, despite my company covering the costs, which he couldn't open because the internet was broken. Meanwhile, a colleague sent me a photo of walking past/in my room (while I was having breakfast) and there was an old woman sitting on my bed/my things. We checked out in the afternoon and looked for something else. I called the pension man and explained our decision, whereupon he simply hung up. Never again. Worst hotel/pension EVER. By the way, there is a dance of death in Wolgast. The tiny hotel bar is of course not occupied (high season according to the price) …

Very good price-performance ratio. At the end of September one night on Saturday double room with breakfast 60 euros. Nice staff. On weekends there are sufficient free parking spaces within 150 m. Everything was great, always happy. (5 people )

A great guesthouse to stay overnight or for a quick trip to Usedom. Daily cleaning, great price-performance ratio and a small breakfast offer. There is also a 2-minute walk to Wolgast Hafen train station. From there you can explore Usedom in its entirety. Highly recommended.
