The apartment that we rented was having a big hall with kitchenette, a big bed room and a child bed room. It was perfect for a group of 5-6 people. The big room for family of 3 with a baby, child room for an adult and the beds in hall for 1-2 people. The apartment had everything - TV, washing machine, towels, kettles, outdoor chairs and many more. They even maintained the tents and other stuff that we need at beach, so relax about that. The kitchenette had more than required vessels, so no need to carry any regular kitchenware. Exceptional location. Very nearer to beach, promenade, many restaurants and 5-star hotels. It's actually adjacent to Park zdrojowy, so you can have peaceful walks in the park. We booked 10 days before travel, in peak summer, so it costed 2100 PLN for 4 nights. It'd be around 1500 if you book before a month. One thing we didn't like was - that particular apartment is not having a parking lot. But you can manage by parking just outside the compound.

Finally after 2 weeks we got the money back .. Anyway they cheated with the exchange rate. Price was about 7% higher, then shown in the booking confirmation.

We stayed in the apartment at ul. Rogoziński. Great location, close to the port basin, which guarantees an abundance of impressions from observing ships leaving or leaving ;) In the right season (autumn, winter) you can even watch them from the balcony (an exceptionally large one!) because there are no leaves on the nearby trees. In summer they slightly block the view. Bright, clean, spacious apartment (2 people + dog) - everything works and is in excellent condition! A small minus is the lack of a key to the gate next to the fire escape - and this is a perfect solution for people with a dog because then you won't disturb your roommates in the elevator or on normal stairs. Apart from that, only superlatives - formalities in the office were quick and hassle-free, the ladies were nice and helpful. It was a really good time in Świnoujście.

I asked to book an apartment for long-term rental, which was attractive to me. I was told to contact them after October 27. After calling today, I found out that the apartment had already been rented by someone else. Sad situation.

Very nice apartments for holidays. Everything went smoothly. For those who did not arrive by car, key collection upon departure takes place in the apartment. You have to collect the keys upon arrival at the office, but this is not a big problem. The apartments are clean and you will find everything you need. Pots, pans, cutlery, cups. You definitely need to take cosmetics with you, e.g. shampoo, shower gel. The rest is like a dishwasher, washing machine, capsules, coffee machine, toaster. We just happened to find apartments close to the sea. About 200 m in a straight line. We were able to check in earlier, which I think is a big plus because no additional fee was charged. I recommend.

Experiences probably vary depending on how different users take care of their rooms. I will say, however, that a nice handyman showed up to my report of faults within a few hours, replaced what was needed, repaired what needed to be done and was polite at the same time.The booking system could be better.Apart from that, it's cool, there are parking spaces and interior furnishings.

This time we had a great location, right next to the promenade. Average apartment, no washing machine, lots of damage, worn-out furniture, kettle. Poor cleanliness.

I really liked the work of the apartment rental service. All problems are resolved immediately over the phone. The staff speaks good German (I think English too).The service I want to continue using.
