I was there for the second time on a short vacation with colleagues and it was great again. The staff is always nice and friendly, the breakfast buffet is very rich and we even had a sauna in our room/suite. There is plenty of parking and bike rental and for self-catering guests there is a Netto and a drinks market 5 minutes away by car. After a few minutes' walk you can reach the beach via a huge staircase. I can highly recommend this holiday park. We will be back definitely !

Nice holiday park, clean facility. Kitchen and utility room well equipped! Beach not far away. You can get into the city quickly. Bike rental nearby, whatever you want. Unfortunately, the reception is relatively far away without a car and is more of a problem, which is why 1 star is deducted.

Very nice holiday destination. There is a lot on offer for families. Lots of nature that encourages you to take a walk. Beaches are often overcrowded.

The holiday park is not far from the beach with stairs, which can be reached via a separate path. The apartment was generously equipped, TV in every bedroom and living room, the kitchen fully equipped with appliances, plenty of balcony furniture available, cleaning equipment stored in a separate room. In the breakfast room you can order bread rolls to take away. The swimming area is clean and was not very busy. The accommodation is highly recommended.

Friendly welcome with lots of information and a direct tour of the apartment. The holiday apartment was clean, tidy and all required materials were available on site. We even got another bed sheet without asking for another extra bed. The pre-order and the arrangements all went smoothly. From the park you can quickly get to the coast and also relatively quickly to the nearest shops. Only the floor was really cold, which isn't so good with a small child. That and what I consider to be a not-so-advantageous facility make me give it 4 stars. I was still missing something for the perfect holiday apartment. But nonetheless recommended.

If you are planning a holiday in Koserow, you will find very good holiday apartments here. They are clean, fully equipped with a washing machine, electric fireplace and awning for the large terrace/balcony. Additional extras such as parking space, barbecue, bed linen, towels, etc. can also be booked. But you can also bring everything yourself. The location is not directly on the beach (500-600 m from the beach) and is a little outside the town, but it makes for a quiet environment. The price-performance and organization was ideal. We will book here again and recommend it.

I particularly recommend the month of May because this beautiful place on Usedom is not yet so overcrowded... The beach promenade is wonderful to linger, 5 stars for Koserow/Zinnowitz 👍😎
