Apartment 9The location is unbeatable. The house is super beautiful. You don't hear anything from the neighbors either. If you don't sometimes meet them in the hallway, you might think you're alone in the house 😅The driveway to the parking lot is very steep and the parking spaces are a bit tight. But space is fully utilized.The apartment is completely sufficient and the balcony is also nice and big. There were three of us there. Everything you need can be found there.There is one minus point for the bathroom. The toilet seat definitely needs to be replaced. It is yellow/yellowed. There is no window and unfortunately no ventilation/exhaust. This results in mold settling on the joints in the shower, especially on the silicone joints. Exactly the same on the seals on the bedroom window.Otherwise the apartment is great. Nicely furnished, bright and enough space. The gas fireplace is unbeatable. 🙏🏼Everything is within walking distance (beach, shopping, eating)

Apartment 7Booked in November, so quite cheap.Location, facilities, comfort are great.The tablet didn't work, no access. The Sonos cannot be used, but thanks to the iPhone, the technology is somehow complicated. But we wanted a vacation and it was nice. Right in the middle, close to the beach, everything you need can be reached in 5 minutes. Sauna okay. Fireplace okay. Cleanliness okay (don't look under the beds!)In the kitchen nothing was left to be desired. The sunny balcony and covered veranda were great.The laundry package was really inadequate. To use the sauna, we recommend bringing additional towels and a bathrobe.We would still come back.

Best accommodation on the Baltic Sea?We go to Zinnowitz every year and since its renovation we only go to Villa Gruner. I treated us to the suite for my birthday and it exceeded our expectations.(+)The interior designer, who also decorated the other apartments in the villa, has achieved his masterpiece here. As always, everything has been thought through down to the last detail, very high quality furnishings and aesthetically furnished. We felt perfectly at home here from the first second.(8 out of 5 stars)(-)The administration is only mediocre. Inadequate opening hours and cannot be reached outside of them. The pricing is dubious. The "from" price doubles at full occupancy. You pay for 2 parking spaces, even if you arrive by train.(2 out of 5 stars)Conclusion: The administration is actually not the best, but the accommodation irons that out. After I had to read the outrageous review from our direct previous tenant today (New Year's Eve 2022), I felt the need to correct it in a certain way. Yes, the WiFi isn't the best, but those who afford it here usually have enough data volume with them. Yes, a jet in the whirlpool was broken, but it still did everything it was supposed to and more. Either way, if you only give this accommodation 2 out of 5 possible stars, your swing used to be too close to the wall of the house. Some people have completely lost touch with reality and all sense of proportion

The presidential suite is nice and bright, very large and enough space for 8 people.Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all and communication with the owner didn't result in any solution at all.In the whirlpool, 2 of 3 pumps don't work. The water temperature is also only 36°.The lighting functions (indirect light) cannot be controlled in every room.The internet (W-Lan) had such severe interruptions at times that it could not be used during the day.A lot of things in the suite can be controlled via a tablet, but here too the functionality is severely limited because the software is completely outdated.The other defects are structural defects such as sliding doors, loose faucets, leaky showers, etc. None of these should occur in a presidential suite.The conversation with the owner did not result in a solution. You shouldn't act like that, because at least you can still use the apartment. We as holidaymakers would also have too high standards.

Beautiful Dominican destination with high-quality facilities. Everything has been modernly renovated. If there were any problems, they were taken care of immediately. The sauna also looked very well maintained. There are also washing facilities. A great price-performance ratio, especially in the off-season

Villa Gruner is a real holiday treasure. Very high quality and well maintained inventory. Absolutely nothing was missing. Everything like home. This was our first time in a holiday apartment, otherwise we always stay in hotels. That will probably change for us.
