The place is outdated and disabled access is shocking. To get to the adapted room you need to walk 4 steps. When I asked the general manager about the accessibility he said that he didn't realize my mum was "so handicapped", despite me ringing a few times first informing the hotel that she is wheelchair user unable to walk.In the adapted room there was also no wheelchair access to the bathroom and even person using any walking aids would not be able to get pass the bed.The reception staff and pool staff are also very rude. The reception for the place it's at the sister hotel. Where you are welcomed by the crowds of frustrated holiday makers asking for their car park.Parking places cannot be booked. I was told there was no disabled parking when I rang. When I arrived there were, just not allocated to the disabled individuals. We received access to parking the next day, because of the friends toilet kept flooding the bathroom. There are 42 parking spaces for around 80 rooms.I booked 2 triple rooms with one double bed and one single, got one as paid the other had a single bed and old sofa in.At 7.30am we got woken up by drilling and building work. It looks like the hotel is starting some renovations.Cleaners and maintenance are nice. The place is clean on the surface however there are some safety issues there ( in the photos) like hanging wires and falling shower doors.I love Swinoujscie but I won't be staying there if it was the last place left.

Worst experience ever, rude customer service. Rooms standard below 2 stars, they forgot to tell its in renovation during the summer holiday. Toilet flooded twice. Unpleasant management with no respect to customers. Only benefit is location.

The lady at the reception was nice, the carpet in the room was stained, the bed was not made, only some things were thrown around, the spring mattress was of poor quality, there were hairs on the mattress, the carpet and in the bathroom, close to the beach and a liquor store, a lot of Ukrainians, which is a big minus, for the price of PLN 300 per day. a bit crap.

The price paid is for the Polaris Hotel room, not the room price at Pensjonat Pastlowy. Accommodation in Pensjonat Pastlowy. There is no parking. It's almost impossible to find a place on the street, unless it's a few blocks away. Rooms at 2-star level are only for overnight stays. There are no saunas or swimming pools, as there are no such facilities in the boarding house.

Room cozy, clean. The only downside was the sofa bed and I booked a double bed.The big advantage is that you can check in 24 hours a day, this is a great solution for someone who arrives by ferry and is too far from home to drive at night. The included breakfast was very tasty and plentiful 😀 I recommend the guesthouse

A very, very big problem is the parking situation. When booking it was stated that you could book a parking space on site, but this is not possible!!! Because there are too few parking spaces available. The guesthouse itself was good. It belongs to the adjacent hotel. In which the reception and breakfast is also located. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was big enough. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. Unfortunately we had a room facing the hotel, so it was dark. A bit old, but the price-performance ratio is good.

Very nice guesthouse, in a good location right next to the promenade and close to the beach entrance. Rooms clean and comfortable. The food in the building next door is very tasty. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

A somewhat outdated guesthouse with quite acceptable facilities including a television.Difference to the hotel means, among other thingsno hairdryer,no lunch buffet, but the same for everyonebut already included in the price:Bicycle rental (unfortunately poorly maintained and some of the bikes were probably broken last year, which look like leftovers from various bike rental companies),Internet, kettle in the room, separate towel for treatments, free parking behind the house (very few) and various small thingsThe Pastelowy recently went to a new owner. Previously it was probably more or less owner-managed. As a result, some signs are now only labeled Polaris, and supposedly there will be a bathrobe walk to the neighbor in the future.Compared to 2019, the prices for 2020 have already increased by 150 euros (booked through Barbara Reisen). It remains to be seen whether comfort will increase, but in 2019 everything will be fine.

A nice little guesthouse. Perfect for overnight stays only. Good location, breakfast was OK.
