Generally a good place to be. Nice and clean new rooms. Greatly placed near the beach and the promenade. Possible to book massage on site.Good spa area.However some disappointments:Wi-Fi is a joke. Things like this is easy to fix.Noise from the nearby apartments. Especially from crazy families not respecting the house rules. Chairs aren’t secured from sliding around the floors causing noises ever time someone moves the chairs. That’s an easy fix.No balconies in the rooms on the backside of the building.Don’t go here if you travel without kids.

The hotel provides an excellent ambiance with rooms that are tastefully decorated, mirroring exactly what's shown in the photographs. The staff is courteous, with the receptionist being particularly pleasant, despite some language barriers in English and German. However, one slight drawback is that the pillows, in my opinion, could use a bit more thickness for enhanced comfort.

Świetne miejsce i obsługa.Bardzo czysto i wszystko nowe i luxus…. Bardzo polecam i Pozdrawiam.Amazing location and serviceEverything is clean, new and modern. The best place to stay in Świnoujście, and super friendly staff, I really recommend it to everyone…. One of the best aparthotels I have ever stayed in.Very nice touch to add some free water and drinks to the room.

Unfortunately we had very bad experience with this hotel. The stuff was unreachable when we had a problem, at night was very noisy. The guest seems to be not important for this hotel, just money.

Rooms nice and clean. The location is brilliant, 3 minutes to the beach! It's hard to say anything about the service, because apart from checking in, we had no contact with anyone. A huge minus is the lack of air conditioning, the rooms are tiny (it's not visible in the photos, btw), so they get very hot. And what was unacceptable for us... we were not able to buy a parking lot for the entire stay 🫣🤷🏻♀️The price was quite high considering the conditions.

The hotel is super modern and clean.Really classy.The rooms even smell like a furniture store.It's about 3 minutes to the beach.The reception is only open from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.The room is equipped with a microwave and refrigerator as well as a small stove.The shower is huge.There is a clothes dryer, ironing board and iron, broom. The balcony is also very nice but you have to sit on the presentation plate because it has glass fronts.The bedroom is separate from the living/dining room.The sauna area is accessible from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Small but nice. Well suited for rainy days. Unfortunately it is not noted that the sauna is equipped with a camera. That should be there somewhere. The sauna also seems to be designed for 2 people. (Small sauna, small steam area, two loungers) The question therefore arises: can several guests go into the sauna at the same time? Or is access no longer possible for others after logging in? Somehow an instruction is missing.The parking space in front of the door is great because you are on the safe side. It's a little expensive but practical. However, it is questionable how you can leave it if you are parked in the public parking spaces in front of it. Since we are smokers, we were missing an ashtray at the entrance.The staff is only present from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Very modern and great location. The hotel scores with high-quality furnishings. The only negative points are the two beds pushed together, which are very easy to move and leave a gap in which you can fall. The ban on smoking on the balconies is self-evident, but it is very unfortunate not to find an ashtray in front of the entrance door. The parking spaces are in a top location and are very easy to find using the brochure you received when checking in.

It's very nicely done and everything is clean, except for the parking spaces we booked in front of the house, everything was fine for the first few days until all the parking spaces behind us were full. We couldn't get out and always had to struggle to get down from the parking lot. Very poorly built 👎🏻👎🏻

Top apartment, about 3 minutes to the beach. We paid €1200 for 1 week during the holiday season (Sunday-Sunday).The parking space came to just under €100 for 1 week. But you should book it as it is difficult to find a parking space there. Tourist tax for 4 people (2 adults 2 children) around 50€ for a week. We liked it very much. The service is great, some apartments can learn something from that. Our parking space was full, a short WhatsApp to the service, less than 10 minutes later an answer, it will be taken care of. Parking space was free after 20 minutes. The same thing happened to us with a lamp... it went crazy, quick info and less than 15 minutes later everything was working again and that after 7 p.m. Top!!WiFi is free. Service is available on site daily from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and can be reached at any time via WhatsApp. And another big plus point, the rooms are really well insulated/insulated, you hear next to nothing.Thank you for the great service and the great time, we will definitely come back again.For your information: The photos were taken on the day of departure.As of 08/2024
