The rooms were poorly cleaned (dog hair, sand), the towels were only suitable for cleaning. The beds are very soft. The overall condition is unsatisfactory (doors, electrical system, furniture). The shower drains poorly. The breakfast was good, except for the warmed filter coffee. The staff was mostly friendly but there were also cheeky answers that weren't acceptable. The location is great but if it isn't renovated I can't imagine staying there again.

Poor cleaning of the rooms, floors were not vacuumed, everything remained sandy. Towels in the bathroom are frayed and the shower wasn't cleaned properly. Breakfast rolls were limited to 2 types, orange juice was inedible. When asked if there were rolls without seeds on them, this was answered in the negative. Both waitresses were not German, one spoke broken German, the other not at all. So far we have had no contact with the owners of the hotel. Our room was on the ground floor right next to the kitchen. The noise that comes with a kitchen lasted until very late at night. Not funny. Wouldn't go here again.

Overall terrible! We briefly considered whether we should do this. But for over €160 a night we thought we could survive the two nights. Registration was done by friendly Vietnamese people at the fish counter. The stairwell is incredibly dirty and worn out. Unfortunately, rocky also applies to the rooms. ugh... not really clean, everything old and worn out. Bathrooms were renewed once, but unfortunately tasteless, germy shower curtains and mediocre cleaning. The towels and bed linen have probably been used for decades...yuck...unsightly. Breakfast sufficient, but totally standard. It's a shame that there is no fish, even though you have breakfast in the fish snack bar. The location is actually great! It doesn't get any better!

The location of the guesthouse on the beach promenade is a big plus. Our rooms were large and pleasantly furnished. Unfortunately, one or two things are getting a bit old. However, the staff tried their best to accommodate our wishes.I would have liked more choice at breakfast. The communication leading up to the visit was excellent.Danger! No card payment.Weak WiFi.

It is a small guesthouse with friendly staff, but unfortunately the rooms are very outdated. If you invested in the beds everything would be saved ;-). There is a very good and extensive breakfast and the lunch/dinner will satisfy the gourmet palate. The location couldn't be nicer either. I would book there again at any time!!

We had room 2, it was very noisy when the restaurant was open. The door to the hotel exit or the guest toilet was very loud. The breakfast wasn't varied, the eggs were hard, the salads weren't fresh and the coffee came from a pump pot and was very weak, even though a coffee machine was available. No reception, check-in takes place at the sales counter.

The good years are over. There is dirty carpeting in the stairwell, the linoleum is yellowed, which is a shock when you arrive. The rooms are fine since you just want to sleep anyway. But the beds get praise. The trailer is comfortable and comfortable, no back pain like usual.Parking in the yard costs €10 a day, which is cheap and you can keep an eye on the car. Breakfast was OK.The price was of course unbeatable and with breakfast included. There is a fish restaurant on the ground floor, also available for takeaway. Open until 8 p.m.ATM is in front of the door.Since we were on a beach vacation, everything was fine. The beach was right across the promenade. And by the way, the beach chair had been booked weeks in advance via Strandbutter.Water was good, weather was good and vacation.........

It is very outdated. It needs to be renovated. Unfortunately there was no cereal or anything like that for breakfast. The whole house smells extremely like food... but the location is very nice.

The location is the only good thing about this guesthouse. It has nothing to do with hotels at all. It's a fish restaurant with a few rooms above it. There is no reception. Check-in takes place at the counter in the guest room. While food continues to be prepared at the same time. The employee at the counter also seemed rather annoyed. The room was completely worn out. Stained bed linen, rusty radiators, broken cupboards, not even the corners of the bathroom were cleaned thoroughly, examples could go on forever. Everything stained and greasy. Because of the restaurant, the entire house smells of fat and fish. The employees don't even look at you and don't really seem interested.Breakfast was OK, nothing more. You receive a ready-made tray with sausage and cheese, otherwise no choice.Absolutely not recommended. It's better to walk 100m longer to the beach than spend just one night in this hovel.
