We saw this property being restored when we were in Heringsdorf in 2022 and made a point to come back when it opened. Family trip with the 4 of us this summer visiting from Canada. Pineblue Villas exceeded all of our expectations. Stayed in the villa in a 2 bedroom apartment in the Salmon Villa with beautiful spiral staircase. Everything is 5 star from the quality of accommodation, to the amenities, service, and location, steps away from the beach. We especially enjoyed the use of the e-bikes which absolutely made our trip, not having to use our vehicle once for our 5 day stay. The use of the sauna was also an added bonus.Tiffany made us feel right at home and was super responsive with any and all requests. The only tiny thing I would mention, is the bathroom mirrors are unusually high for my short (5 foot 2) stature. I couldn’t even see my face they were so high! Would also recommend a full length mirror in all suites.Overall, an absolutely amazing stay. We absolutely will return. 💗

One of the most beautiful accommodations you can find in Ahlbeck. I have seen this area in the past and I thought I wanted to visit it. We rented an old villa for 14 days which has been converted into a large accommodation for up to 8 people. There are three villas to rent throughout the complex and several apartments in the central old building. It is a closed area where you have absolute privacy and you can be sure that you will have 100% peace and quiet throughout your stay. The staff very professional and everything worked 100%. This is really a very high quality accommodation Where everything is fine tuned and you can be sure that you will enjoy your holiday.

Our family of 5 spent 10 days at Crown Villa. What a charming and well designed place!.We had a lot of space, the building with all its glass facades gave us wonderful views into the garden. Last but not least: the location is perfect - 2 minutes to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. We even had access to an electric cargo bike that we used for grocery shopping so that we did not have to pull the car out of the driveway even once.The design of the villa is modern and very tasteful. A lot of thought was put into making everything as practical as possible. The house was fully equipped with everything we could imagine - and the one time we missed something it was supplied at short notice by the landlord.The fact that we had our own villa with access to the gated garden area allowed us to let the kids freely roam, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.We especially loved the swing on the front terrace and the hammock between two trees behind the back porch.We are definitely coming back.

What a wonderful place!I was a guest for three days at this stunningly renovated villa. From what I saw, this unique development is totally different from any other accommodation along the beachfront. The tasteful renovation brilliantly combines old world charm with modern luxury. The brand new sauna area has both Finnish and Bio saunas whose design again matches the quality of the rest of the building. What really makes this place stand out are the spacious gardens. These gave me the feeling of tranquility that I really needed.Thank you Pineblue for giving me the peaceful break I so needed!

We had the most beautiful stay we could have imagined for our wedding at Pineblue Villas. Not only was the weather perfect, the villa with its comfort and individuality of the rooms/suites had enough space for our whole family. We especially loved cooking and eating together in the large kitchen and living room of the villa. The direct access to the beach, the walking distance to Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf and the spacious and quiet garden were the icing on the cake.Ultimately, the hospitality and friendliness of the property management made our wedding and the subsequent week of vacation perfect for all of us.

Great already in the planning. You can check in online and get your UsedomCard (tourist tax) online. No annoying check-in, filling out. Mr. Eick is waiting for you and the holiday feeling begins.The accommodation concept is great. You immediately feel at home and can move around the whole house (we had a suite in the villa) as if you were at home. Very good location, you can get everywhere on foot and if you need to go to the supermarket quickly, Pineblue also provides bikes. The highlight: The house reserves the SPA area for 2 hours privately - no other guests, beautiful saunas and spacious relaxation area all to yourself.Last but not least, price-performance for this high-quality segment is really great for what you get. I would choose it again and again and it certainly wouldn't be the last time.

Very nice holiday apartments and individual houses close to the beach. One of the houses is even suitable for pets! The dog can move around easily on the premises and swim on the dog beaches. The dog beaches on Usedom are very well maintained.

Ms. Breitengraser is constantly trying to make her guests' stay in this beautiful place as pleasant as possible.We chose the Blue Sprinkle apartment, an apartment with 2 bedrooms, sea views across the entire width of the apartment and a small balcony.The apartment is equipped with all amenities and many beautiful details.The house has a spa, a very nice park and we were also provided with e-bikes free of charge for one day.The location of the accommodation between the two piers of Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck directly on the beach promenade cannot be beat.We spent wonderful days here and will remember this good time for a long time.
