First of all - if there were more stars to rate, I would give them too. The aparthotel is a bit away from the beach (approx. 2.3 km), but it is still perfectly located. If you want peace and quiet, you will find it here. You can reach the beach in 30 minutes on foot, you can rent the hotel's own bikes or you can easily get there in a city car.The hotel itself is new, modern and very tastefully decorated. Very nice atmosphere. There is an underground car park. The price is completely okay. The breakfast buffet is very high quality and incredibly lovingly prepared. There are many things that I have rarely seen in other hotels. The two ladies were very friendly, had a smile and could even speak German.In short, an extreme recommendation! It's a shame we were only there one night.

We had an excellent short holiday in Świnoujście, staying at this property. The place is beautifully decorated, with attention to every detail. Thanks to this, you can really relax and enjoy your stay in the hotel. Our room also had a view of the sunny terrace. The whole thing has been thought out in an eco-concept - even the cosmetics have body-friendly ingredients :). The icing on the cake are excellent, healthy breakfasts. The hotel is well connected - from the station you can take a city bus directly to the facility. There is a shuttle bus to the beach, and the hotel also provides bicycles. To get to key places we also used taxis - about PLN 20 per ride. I definitely recommend choosing this place to stay in Świnoujście.

We are currently on site and are very surprised by this great, beautifully furnished apartment. The staff is very friendly and immediately helpful. We can only recommend the booked breakfast as there is really something for everyone

A very charming and atmospheric hotel located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms decorated in colors of hope and peace 🍀. The breakfast was tasty and varied.Possibility to rent bicycles.And of course, very nice service.It's really worth visiting this place ☺️

The facility celebrates its second anniversary this year. A place away from the noisy promenade in a calm and quiet residential area. An electric bus takes you back and forth to the beach and promenade every day. I recommend using bikes: your own or those available for rent (electric and standard). There are nice riding paths: we especially liked the one leading along the Polish and German coast. You just need to attach your bikes carefully - during our week-long stay, bicycles disappeared from the bicycle paths twice.Garage spaces are available next to and under the hotel. 2-level apartments, very well finished - downstairs there is a kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge, sleeping place, bathroom and terrace: upstairs there is a bedroom with a terrace.In our case, breakfast was served - only there were no guests. Tasty meals. Staff very helpful and polite.Every morning you will be woken up by the bell from the church bell tower - it is not bothersome.If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and spend time in comfortable conditions, it is worth taking advantage of the offer.Google Maps (street view) shows a shop/kiosk in this place - there is a hotel and it is worth using it

In September we spent a week at the Aparthotel Green Concrete.It is a hotel with apartments.Overall, the hotel, funded by the EU, is a fairly modern hotel.With heat pumps and solar supply, the emphasis is on sustainability and saving resources.The hotel has an underground car park and outdoor parking spaces (for a fairly high fee) as well as disabled access. A charging station for e-bikes is located directly at the hotel entrance.The entire hotel is very tastefully decorated and uses many shades of green and earth colors.Our room was spacious and functionally furnished. Our room had a terrace with seating and a table. The peace and quiet, even during the night, depends on the neighborhood of the neighboring houses 😉😉.Everything you need for self-sufficiency was available in the kitchenette.The bathroom had a very large shower that could even be used by two people.The toilet, which sat quite low, was a bit narrow and tight, at least for slightly taller and stronger people.In my opinion, the bed with a width of approx. 160cm was very hard, a slightly thicker and softer topper could compensate for this. For me, the hard bed was the biggest drawback during our stay.Unfortunately there was only a dresser on one side of the bed and a bed lamp was completely missing. The ceiling lighting is a bit harsh if someone wants to read a book while someone else wants to sleep.I equipped the flat screen television with my Fire TV Stick, as the range of German programs was very limited.Our room was next to the breakfast room and the kitchen. Here, from the early hours of the morning, the impact or swing of a swing door could be clearly heard.We had booked with breakfast, which was served directly at the table at our time.The lovingly prepared breakfast and its side dishes changed every day. In addition, egg dishes and sweet dishes could be selected from a menu, which were also prepared very lovingly.Only on one day during our stay was breakfast offered as a buffet, with the same quality and loving preparation.Praise to the cook!The staff was very friendly and always tried to respond to our concerns; in some cases it was also possible to communicate in German.Since the hotel is a little further away from the center and the beach, a shuttle service was offered, unfortunately only at two fixed times for the trip to the beach and back (11 a.m. and 4 p.m.).There is a bus connection, but we didn't use it.

Very nice, modern and clean hotel. Parking space and bicycle room in the clean underground car park, which can be reached by elevator. Very attentive and friendly staff. German is spoken at the reception. Large room with kitchenette, with toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, 2 ring stove and air conditioning. Breakfast was very nice and attractively prepared. Menu for various egg dishes and pancakes is on the table. Dishes are freshly prepared. Unfortunately, coffee only comes from the machine. I prefer a pot of freshly brewed coffee. Kaufland within walking distance. 20 minutes walk to harbor or promenade. Rental bikes all new and in perfect condition. If you can, bring your own bikes. Located in a residential area, so only local traffic on the street. Church right next door. The ringing of bells is still better than the call of the muezzin. If Svenemünde, then here again.

Well-furnished and equipped modern and large apartments, underground parking and elevator from there to every floor. Air conditioning is available and a spacious surrounding balcony. You can book breakfast with a buffet, but it is a bit tight from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and there are waiting times at the coffee machine and there is little space for several people to help themselves to the buffet. There is a shuttle service with an electric car for approx. 8 people and travel times are best agreed on site. The staff were very nice, but more detailed information upon arrival would be an advantage. The beach and promenade are approx. 2.5 km away and can be reached on foot in just over 30 minutes. Even if there is still room for improvement in some areas, the hotel is a clear recommendation and the owners had developed a harmonious overall picture with their concept.
